Screw Jakarta!

Oh my god. This is something that can decrease my mood. The only thing I really hate from Jakarta is the
TRAFFIC JAM.

OK, I'm going to tell you a story. So I finished doing my lesson at Wall Street and my mom told me to go home by bus (TransBintaro) because my father had some unfinished stuffs at the office. So I finished the manual book quickly and left Wall Street at 5.20 pm. My mom told me that TransBintaro would arrive at the shelter on 5.30 pm. I arrived right on time at the shelter, but there wasn't any sign of TransBintaro. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting. I saw TransBSD, TransBintaro's sister, passed the shelter few times. I kept
waiting until 30 minutes later, but there wasn't any sign of TransBintaro. Luckily my father comforted me and offered me to go home by car. But I told my dad if TransBintaro arrived earlier than my dad, I would take TransBintaro. But TransBintaro hasn't passed the shelter yet. Then, I saw a sign of TransBintaro (I knew it was TransBintaro because I could read the banner on the top of the window). BUT THEY TOOK ANOTHER WAY! Yeaah, I admitted that the main street in Pondok Indah was very crowded. But why on earth were they doing that? There were lots of people waiting outside PIM just to catch TransBintaro, but they decided to take the U-Turn just because the traffic was so damn bad? Geez, even TransBSD stopped at the shelter to grab some passengers.

Then, I realized that there were many Jakmanians (the fanatic supporter of Persija) on the street and they were very damn rude! They were making such a noise and throwing something that sounds like a bomb! Geez, get a life, man! Then I heard on the radio that there were a football match in Lebak Bulus (the main street in Pondok Indah were connected to Lebak Bulus' main street). And the reason of the traffic jam was the football match itself! Geeezzzz, because of them, I arrived home at 7.45, which was very late because I had to sleep earlier for tomorrow morning. Geeez, screw Jakarta and Persija! Well, especially PERSIJA. Congratulation, you have successfully made me so mad tonight.

Another photo taken from the traffic jam:

By the way, back at school, my friends were talking about the youth pregnancy and surfed through the net to find Alfie Patten and Chantelle's article. They were very surprised because the daddy looked very young and innocent. My friends still couldn't believe that Alfie Patten was already a dad, at 13. Geez. And today the entire class finished watching Pearl Harbor, and it was so saaaaaaad. Especially when Danny died and the scene went forward few years later when Rafe and Evelyn were playing with Danny and Evelyn's baby. They named him Danny and then Rafe taught Danny to fly. Oh my goooood, it was so sad. I'm really looking forward to buying some DVDs tomorrow, and I'm really craving for Pearl Harbor. Two gorgeous lads in one movie, what could you ask for?

Youth Pregnancy

Wow, a serious issue, but I really want to show my thoughts about this issue before it's getting too late. So I know this is out of date, but I haven't posted it in my blog, so it would be better if I reviewed this news to my blog again. I was surfing through thesun.co.uk (one of my favorite source of news) and I found this article (for the full article, click here)

BOY dad Alfie Patten yesterday admitted he does not know how much nappies cost — but said: “I think it’s a lot.”

Baby-faced Alfie, who is 13 but looks more like eight, became a father four days ago when his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman gave birth to 7lb 3oz Maisie Roxanne.

Wohoo, this couldn't be right. I was so curious so I clicked on the link and realized that NO WONDER THIS WAS THE PREGNANCY THAT SHOCKED THE WORLD. The dad was 13, and the mom was 15. Whoaa, what a strange ages! And you should see his face, he was an innocent looking boy and the worst part was, he looked more like an 8-year-old boy. Imagine an 8 year-old-boy was holding a baby. No, it wasn't his newborn sister, it was HIS DAUGHTER! Oh gosh. And the news itself were widely published. Were their parents proud of their kids? Oh my god, if I were them, I would be so ashamed and banned the stories from public. Dang. There were lots of articles about them all over the net. How famous were they? Ckckckckckck.

OK, 13 years old father, and 15 years old mother. Have you guys ever thought about your life? What would your youth days be when you had a baby at a very young age? Imagine this, your friends were preparing for the disco party while you took care of the baby on your own. Your friends were spending their money for fashionable clothes while you spent your money for crib, diapers and hospital fees. Geez, those were nightmares! Beside that, giving birth to a baby is very painful. Hiii. OK, so I pledge this:

I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BABY YET!

I'm 16 and I don't want to have a baby yet! Having baby takes a lot of responsibilities. Having a baby=Being a mom. And being a mom at 16? Geez, you must have been joking. Have you ever thought about your future? And the presence of a baby of your own will ruin all of your grown-ups' plans. So why having a baby, when you are still young and still want to enjoy the precious moments in life?

PS: Another youth pregnancy article. This one is even more troublesome. They are having twins at the age of 15. For the full story, click here

See, think twice before you decided to have a baby!

I'm Backkkkk Fellas!

Yaaay! I'm back after weeks of abstinence from my oh-so-beloved blog! Yihuuu after the whole deeds about Jakarta In Global and so on. OK, first I want to talk about Jakarta In Global! The whole deeds about Jakarta In Global are finally finisheeeed! Yaaaayyyy finally I can sleep at 9 pm and go home at 3 pm from school. Well, it isn't fully finished actually because the winners haven't received their prize money yet because the national gas company haven't transferred the money yet. And did I mention that Prof. Arif Rahman, (a famous Labschool and educational figure who served as the head of UNESCO in Indonesia) praised this year's Jakarta In Global because he really loved the theme 'Save Our Culture'. Thank God. Oh don't forget the certificate for the judge who did a very good job (for those who thought that we were cheating because the winners were mostly from Labsky, think twice! We had qualified judges from Wall Street and FIB UI!). And I have to make activity report too. But, those things are easy-peasy for me. The best thing is it was already over, just it. Huaaaa I'm free, at last!

By
the way I'm looking forward to attending Saturday's JJF 2009 so I need to sell my Friday's daily pass so if
you are interested, please contact me immediately! Oh and I really want to see Slumdog M
illionaire! The movie is definitely an 'it' movie at the beginning of 2009. They stole the attention by grabbing 8 trophies at this year's Oscar! Wow, I never thought that Anwar, the cocky Muslim kid from Skins (aka Dev Patel) could become so damn famous. Hahaha I really missed Skins. I already tried to find the DVDs but unfortunately it wasn't popular in here and in US either so the DVDs haven't released yet in Indonesia. But since Dev Patel was widely famous, maybe they will release the DVDs. But in fact Dev wasn't the main character. It was Nicholas Hoult from About a Boy who starred as Tony, the main character. Oh my god, Nick is very gorgeous. He is all grown up now and he looks very different from his appearance in About a Boy. Try to find him on the image below!

OK, let's talk about Skins. Basically Skins is
all about the lives of a group of teenagers in Bristol, England. But don't expect for a squeaky clean teenagers. You'll find out as soon as you're watching Skins from the very beginning. Americans are well-known for their widely famous TV Shows with a squeaky clean teenager character. Or a bad teenager turning into a squeaky clean and innocent teenager. But if you're watching British TV Shows, you'll be surprised. And Skins is just the same. For example, there is Maxxie, who is a gay. And then you'll
see Chris, who is a drug addict and heads over heels with his teacher. Then Anwar, a Muslim guy who is quite vague about his Muslim faith, then you'll have Cassie, who suffers from an eating disorder and Michelle, the sex-addict, but is also a vulnerable girl. Those things make me wonder, I'm 16, but I'm not having those problems and so is my friends. Wow. Britain is quite vulgar when it comes to teenagers' lives. But I still love Skins though, although it is quite vulgar for me. Hey, they have a nice selection of songs! My favorite is Wild World by the Cast of Skins. You can watch the video here.

So enough talking about Skins and so on. Right now I'm really craving for books. I haven't finished Shakespeare and Twilight, but I already bored with those books so I need to go back to my roots, a romantic comedy book! Sophie Kinsella's are always become my number one list! I'm looking forward to buy the Shopaholic series and Remember Me? I will buy it as soon as my father drives me to Pacific Place. I really love buying books at Aksara in Pacific Place. It is very cheap inside and they use recycled plastic bag! Woo-hoo, another example of an environmental-friendly store! Most of the books in Aksara worth less than Rp 100.000,- and they will reduce the price at the end of the year, so it will be a great shopping spree for me! Yay me! 9 months to go!

TOEFL etc. etc.

On Thursday, I attended TOEFL social club in Wall Street. It was such a good social club and I got bunch of informations about TOEFL test and how to make you practice the most important aspects in TOEFL. I won't spoil those tricks to you guys (hahahahaha call me smug, but I'm certainly not. I'm just making a strategy. You can't always share secrets to everybody right?)

After the social club, I w
ent home and surfed through Google.com and found bunch of pages about TOEFL and I decided to open a web page (actually I forgot the full address), which provided samples of TOEFL test. I filled the test and gratefully I got a good result. Actually I have bought the TOEFL preparation book since years ago, but I wasn't as ambitious for TOEFL as I am now.
I am really serious in TOEFL because my biggest goal is to study abroad, no ifs and no buts. I have to and I must study abroad. That's why I wrote down my g
oals on Post It and stuck it on my desk. So everytime I see it, I will be motivated to accomplish my goals. Here are my goals that stuck on my desk right now:
  1. TOEFL score > 600
  2. Report card score >=70
  3. International Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia/Monash University
  4. Faculty of Dentistry University of Indonesia.
Actually I still confuse between Medicine and Dentistry. I really interested in both of them. Both of them have pros and cons. But for now on, I'm more interested in Dentistry.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK:
  1. Jakarta In Global (JIG) is going to be held next week peopleeeee! Yaaaay wish me a happy-go-lucky day!

  6. Useful link: www.bagborroworsteal.com. It was mentioned on Sex and The City. A very useful link for those women out there who want to look stylish with affordable price. If I lived in USA, I would definitely use that link so much!
  7. Favorite song at the moment: Lady Marmalade (Moulin Rouge version), I Got Nerve (Hannah Montana), and Broken Strings (James Morrison feat. Nelly Furtado)
  8. Valentine's coming and I definitely don't care
  9. I've just read my friend's graphic novel by Marjane Satrapi titled 'Chicken with Plums' (Indonesian version) and it is actually very good, although it contains some mature contents. I'd love to buy the English version of Persepolis and Embroideries.
  10. JONAS BROTHERS' PERFORMANCE ON THE GRAMMY WITH STEVIE WONDER WAS SUPERB!!! I just can't stop to watch the video. Nicholas Jerry Jonas rocks! Can't get my eyes off that video. Huhu. Two thumbs up for Jonas Brothers!!!!

Sunday notes and new munchie (again)

Let's talk about yesterday first. Yesterday I played bowling with my friends at Superlane Bowling in Pasaraya. It was such a fun because I know I'm very crap on bowling, but I think yesterday was my lucky day. I had gutter for the first two rounds, but after that I had splits (or spares? I already forget about bowling vocabs, so basically I knocked off all the pins on the second roll). And finally I came up as the third winner. Hooraaay! Hahaha. Credit photo:
Dreamstime. com

OK, so I went to Pondok Indah Mall to attend my auntie's birthday, actually it wasn't a birthday party, sort of some birthday treat. But, I wasn't be able to receive the treats because I already planned to attend the Social Club at Wall Street and then headed into the Complementary Class at 2 pm. So I had to pay my food's bill with my own pocket money. The social club itself was a lot of fun because it was basically about environmental vocabularies such as deserts, icebergs, and swamps (actually it was the title of the social club itself) and there were many new words came up into my brain. And then at the complementary class, we had an australian teacher, which is great, because I found Australian accent as one of the hardest English accents to understand. And we had a great fun there because I could learn more about grammar by doing fun activities. Hahahaha and guess what, Wall Street opened the chat corner about TOEFL and IELTS, just like my needs! Hahaha that was why I went directly to the SO to book for the activity, because I knew it would be full if I didn't book it first. The chat corner will be held on Thursday though. Hahaha I used the word 'though' a lot because yesterday I had social club with the same Australian teacher and she liked to use the word 'though'. And today she was the teacher for the complementary class. What an Aussie day!

Well as you remember, I've got a new munchie again. And it is the same product though. But different taste and different brand, for sure. I like this one better than J.Cool, but of course this one is a little bit more expensive than J.Cool and the size is rather small than J.Cool. But it's OK, because they have wide selection of toppings. And I like the place though, because it is filled with pink and strawberry background, so sweeeett! It is a Fro-Yo called Heavenly Blush. I tried it for the first time yesterday and today my auntie bought me another cup. Too bad it is located on PIM 2, so I have to walk a little further to take a sup. My favorite is Twist Fro-Yo (Pomegranate flavor and original flavor) with Strawberry/Peach/M&M toppings. Hmmm, delicious. Check them out on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Heavenly-Blush-Energy-Yogurt-Bar/53535867805

Well right now I'm more into my MacBook because it is so damn faster than my computer. And the DVD player is better than my computer because it can read the damaged or scratched DVD. But unfortunately I can't find a way to resize a photo for blogger's blog post. And beside that I have been using my MacBook for less than 1 year, so I still have so much time to learn more about that. By the way, my paper work for Year 12 is about Mac OS X Leopard and Windows Vista. So I'd better learn about that quickly to make a good paper work. In my opinion, Mac OS X Leopard is better, faster, and stronger (for virus). Hahaha it's Daftpunk's song by the way. Harder, better, faster, stronger. But I can't find anything harder from Mac OS X Leopard compared to Windows Vista. Hihi

By the way I'm doing my Biology homework. And I think I'd better post that here too to warn you about the danger of smoking. Check these out:

Healthy lung (left) and unhealthy lung (right) because of smoking. That's terrible, isn't it?

This picture is taken from Oprah on Dr Oz's segment. I really like Dr Oz's segment. He taught us much about our body and health without making us feel dumb about our body or health. He also has a good communication skills, which is very essential for the doctor. He really make me want to be a doctor (a dentist, specifically). He also has published national bestseller book about health. For god's sake, Dr Oz's is very smart and a perfect role model for the doctor-wannabe! Here is the description about the pictures:

If you're trying to quit smoking, this could be the day you go cold turkey. The healthy lung (left) is generally pinkish and healthy, with a bit of damage from living in an urban area. The unhealthy lung (middle) comes from a smoker, and is riddled with dark tar from cigarettes. What's even more worrisome than tar, according to Dr. Oz, is cancer. A cancerous lung (right) will have nodules of cancer cells that grow and spread, invading into everything around them.(Oprah.com)

So, please quit smoking for your own goods! It's getting late already, so I'd better be off, Tomorrow I'm going to have my second encounter and Civics exam. Wish me luck guys! Finger crossed. TTFN.

Xoxo Denita. You know you love me
(Euuuuuhhhh some kind of Gossip Girl wannabes. Hahaha I'm slightly desperate for the upcoming episodes of Gossip Girl. The last episodes that I've watched was Episode 13. Huuuu sooo saaad)

Envy mode: on; List of People I'd Like to Meet

Huaaawhhh I really envy my friend who won a ticket to meet her idol Valentino Rossi a.k.a The Doctor, the champion of MotoGP, on Monday. Huuuuuuuu I really want to meet my idol toooo. OK, so I've made up a bunch of names that I'd like to meet someday. Here we go:

1. Cesc
Fabregas; huaaaaa this is my idol since I was in junior high school. I'd really really love to meet him and do the talking and the photo capturing. Huaaaaa such a dream. Maybe if I move to England it will be very possible.

2. The Jonas Brothers; to be exact Nick Jonas. I also envy my friend who used to live in New York and he had met JoBros via his friend before they were famous. Aaaaargh too bad he is  boy so it isn't a big deal for him. He stayed calm while I and my friend were screaming on the airport. Cringe.

3. Zac Efron; or we called him Zefron to make it 'more fiendly'. Huaaaaa he's such a multitalented actor. He can sing, he can dance, he can play basketball, and he is uber-cool. What more can you ask for? Too bad Miss Baby V made him unavailable.

4. Between David Beckham and Kaka; D'oh. Those two footie stars are currently playing for AC Milan. Both of them are gorgeous, rich, famous, and very down to earth. Milan is very lucky to have both of them.

5. Miley Cyrus; I really like to meet her because we can sing Hannah's or Miley's songs together, hang out, and take pictures together. It's more like I want to be Miley's friend and one sneaky little thing: I'd love to dig up some information about how to capture Nick Jonas' heart. Cheesy huh?

6. Chace Crawford; One reason. Totally gorgeous.

7. Taylor Lautner; He's in my age and he's very handsome though. Although he wore the annoying waterfall-styled wig for his part in Twilight, but I still like him rather than Robert Pattinson who played Edward Cullen. Took off the wig and voila! He's turning into a real gorgeous werewolf! Hahaha kidding, but Taylor is currently working out for his part in New Moon.

8. Aaron Ramsey; a newbie in Arsenal but he's currently the most handsome man in the club. And he is very talented. He could be the next David Beckham according to his look and style. Huuuu
P.S.: Subject to change

A little chit-chat today

I have just finished my piano lesson today, and as usual, my teacher, I called him Kak Yudha asked me to discuss few topics out of the piano lesson. First he asked me about my school's events, Sky Battle and Sky Avenue (coming soon!). And then we discussed about the upcoming event called Java Jazz Festival 2009, which was going to be held on March 6,7,8. The point was, he was included on the show's lineup, with his band. But, if Indra Lesmana's band wasn't be able to play, then neither was his band. And I told my failure from getting Jason Mraz's ticket. I already got the daily pass ticket, as regards that I still could buy Jason Mraz's until Feburary 2009. So I still had time to collect my pocket money to buy Jason Mraz's. But....right after I bought the ticket, I found out that the tickets were already sold out. Few days later, I ascertained that Jason Mraz's show would be held TWO days, because of high demand and the Friday show tickets were sold out (Jason Mraz was scheduled to play on Friday). Duuuuuhh I already bought the Friday daily pass and if I bought the Saturday daily pass, it was already too late because the Student Price promo was already closed and my saving were not adequate either. So I had to splurge more than 500 thousand rupiahs to watch Jason Mraz, and my friend only splurged about 350 thousand rupiahs. Huuuuuuuu ;(. OK, I still could watch New York Voices, Afgan, Elfa's, David Garfield or Alex Ligertwood, Prasanna, and other jazz musicians indeed.

Then we talked about the Mr.A-Z. And we both agreed that Jason Mraz was turning into some mainstream musician. We both liked the first studio album of Jason Mraz, Waiting for My Rocket to Come. And my piano teacher was a fan of something unknown, something undiscovered, like some outcast jazz musicians and indie band. And he told me that he did a little research about music and social class. The jazz music was known for the intelligent and upper class, and the Kangen Band's music and beyond was known for the (sorry) lower class. It was based on his research on his friends, who were the sons of bank manager, insurance director, and also well-educated (he and his friends were graduated from UI, number one university in Indonesia, and my dream university!). And he asked an OB in his music school in Depok, and he finally knew why Kangen Band's music belongs to the lower class (sorry again). The reason behind that was because their lyrics were simple and the OB himself didn't have to think to figure out the meaning of the lyrics, and my teacher told me that Kangen Band's lyrics were such a crap, they were so damn easy.

Huaaaahha and then I finished my lesson and waited for my mom to pick me up. I realized that there were some old pals of mine from my junior high school were doing something. They went to the same high school and they would have a music event. I found out that they did a fundraising by holding a garage sale on the corner of the street near my music school. Well I suddenly discovered that it was not the exact way to raise money for school event. First, the streets were too crowded, and beside that, who had time to stop and bought something? Second, they should do that at the main street. The street itself wasn't too crowded and it was impossible to get a lot of money from it.

I was very grateful that I had a lot of brilliant friends back at school, because they had brilliant notions to raise money by holding a charity event or recital event at school. With those events, people (especially parents) would come eventually to watch their children's performance and donated some money. Those were the exact way we rolled. Well, let's pray for all my school events! Let's raise a lot of money and do the work!

Well my plans for today are: going to Wall Street for social club and lab session, and then playing bowling with my friends at Plaza Senayan. Got to go, catch you later guys!

For CWTV's Gossip Girl fans, check out this site, and don't forget to spend a day off to do this if you're in New York. Although the locations are purely fiction, but you can still catch them on the set around the famous landmarks of NYC, right? Here's the link
http://gridskipper.com/64664/the-gossip-girl-guide-to-new-york#Map

For Lipstick Jungle lovers, don't forget to check out Nico Reilly's magazine, Bonfire, which is much mentioned on the series and the book. It is a virtual magazine, but if you read it pages to pages, you'll find interesting article about beauty, make up, and fashion (typical women's magazine). Here's the link http://www.bonfiremagazine.com/. I found an interesting website there, http://makeover.ivillage.com

For SATC a.k.a Sex and The City lovers, although the series have ended few years ago, you probably still remember Carrie's uber-fabulous outfits, Miranda's favorite cupcakes, Charlotte's art gallery, and the bar where they used to hang out together. If you're visiting NYC, mark a day off on your calendar. Because you can reminisce your SATC's moments through this tour: http://www.screentours.com/tour.php/satc/. You can purchase the tickets, and the price is not very expensive for the tour like this. Enjoy those exclusive benefits!

Highlights of the week

It's Friday today and the first week of February 2009 is about to end. So there are few highlights of the week:

  1. I'm very busy with all the Jakarta In Global 2009's thingy. It is going to be held on February 20-22, 2009. The technical meeting is due next week, so we have to work utterly fast. Come on, I can work this out. Hahahaha wish me luck guys, finger crossed!
  2. I'm very ambitious and passionate about my future. I want to be serious and 100% focus on my school subjects and English course. My grades are waaaaay too low last semester so I have to work really hard for the recurring semester. I also want to work out on my English, especially my vocabs and grammar. Those are very essentials yet crucial for the TOEFL test. That's why my schedule for the week is very full because I'm having school lesson course and English course. But it's for my future, so I'll take it. Remember London, remember Harvard! Aaaaargghhh :)
  3. My appetite is turning very disorganized. I usually have dinner at 8/9. I know it is not healthy, but I'm too lazy to take my meals and sometimes I've got a lot of things to do. And sometimes I don't have lunch either.
  4. My MacBook is turning into my personal dictionary. There is an application called Dictionary and all I have to do is type some difficult words and voila! the results appear on the screen as fast as a bolt. Woaahaaaa. It is faster than finding the words using the conventional way a.k.a using the big and dense Oxford dictionary. Duuuh!
  5. I've just starting my own new blog. The old blogs are sort of crap and also embarrassing. So, this is my newest and active blog account. Enjoy! FYI, I named it tittle-tattle-chit-chat because I love to do the chit-chat and gossip! Tittle-tattle means gossip. And flibbertigibbet means a silly or talkative person. Yes, I am. And I'm proud of being a flibbertigibbet. Hohoho :)

This is Jakarta In Global 2009's publication poster. It has 8 competitions for high school students, such as Speech, Spelling, Story Telling, Debating, News Casting, Short Movie, Presentation and Smart Quiz. It is going to be held on February 20-22. The registration still open until February 13, 2009. Technical meeting is going to be held on February 14, 2009 (a.k.a Valentine's Day, btw, who cares? duh). Sooo, register immediately. Contact me via my gmail if you need any further information, ok?

New munchie

I've got a new munchie and right now I'm very craving for it. It's called J.Cool, a 100% fat free frozen yoghurt from J.Co. It's not that expensive, or cheap if you can say so. It only costs 15 thousand rupiahs, single size with one topping. And the taste is veryyyyy scrumptious! And it is very easy to get because I'm going to visit their outlet in PIM (Pondok Indah Mall) very often because I have my English course there. So it's very easy to get rather than Sour Sally. Sour Sally is a frozen yoghurt brand from US. Their nearest branch from my house is in Sency (Senayan City), but Sency is further than PIM, and beside that, Sour Sally is more expensive. But J.Cool hasn't widely available in J.Co branches all over the country. For example, when I went to Jogja, I went to a J.Co branch and when I asked about J.Cool, it hadn't available yet. Huuuuuu I wanted it so badly when I was in Jogja. Tomorrow I'm going to PIM and I'll buy it after my course. Huuuuhuuuuu :)

my new scrumptious munchie, don't forget to sup it when you have a chance. Satisfaction guaranteed. Hahaha :) By the way, do you realize that there is something wrong with the spelling above, can you guess what? Haha it's very obvious though

Artsy Thingy

I've just surfed through www.art.com, the most amazing website I've ever seen (not that much, actually). I always attracted by some kinds of artsy things, although I can't make something like that, but I always love to stare at it. Here are some pieces of art from www.art.com that I found very beautiful and interesting! Enjoy

PS: I wish I could afford something like those, there are not that expensive, but I won't be able to buy it in a short period.

Exit Eden by Jack Vettriano
Another masterpiece from Jack Vettriano, Waltzers

For further information, please check out
http://www.jackvettriano.com, you can check out his upcoming painting exhibitions, posters, and catalogues.

I also found few interesting paintings by Jamie Edwards, I tried to scroll up his name on Google, but his name was very common, so I didn't find any official webstite from him, but you can still browse through
http://www.art.com/gallery/id--a43715/jamie-edwards-posters.htm. Based on his paintings, I reckon he is a fan of cat or dog or both. Although I'm not a fan of cat or dog (or any animals, basically), I still find his paintings very interesting.

Cats On Grandma's Chair by Jamie Edwards
Tux Cat Goes To The Vet by Jamie Edwards

Aaaarrrgggh I wish I could make or create or paint something like that. Huuuuuu I want to have my own art gallery like Rufus Humphrey in Gossip Girl. Maybe if I earn my own pocket money, I can save it to buy some paintings like those, then collect them and open a gallery. They only cost below $70, FYI. Duuuuhhh
