Another way to spend my holiday beside going to the gym, shopping, watching TV, and movies is by listening to good music. Here are my most-played CD at the moment (PS: I'm not gonna put The Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, Nick Jonas, because those are all-time favorites! LOL) :

Turn It Up (Pixie Lott)

I really love her voice, songs, and also her style. Her songs are very catchy but not some kind of 'bubblegum-pop' catchy. My favorites are Turn It Up and Kings of Leon's cover Use Somebody, very catchy and easy-listening, perfect for morning tracks!

New Moon Sountrack (Various Artists)

I watched the movie first and I was captivated by its soundtrack so I decided to download it right away. My favorites are I Belong to You by Muse, Rosyln by Bon Iver & St. Vincent, and Shooting the Moon by OK Go. Those songs really remind me of the movie (and Taylor Lautner!) The person behind this soundtrack is very familiar among movie soundtrack fans, Alexandra Patsavas, who has worked on The O.C., Grey's Anatomy, and Gossip Girl (no wonder I love those soundtracks!)

Jason Derulo (Jason Derulo)

Another new favorite! Although he is considerably new in the music biz, but he has topped lots of music charts all across the globe with his first single 'Whatcha Say'. I was quite shocked when I heard 'Whatcha Say' for the first time, because it heavily sampled the song 'Hide and Seek' by Imogen Heap, which I had heard before. Another catchy tune is 'In My Head', even Nick Jonas liked it (so what? LOL)

Grey's Anatomy Soundtracks (Various Artists)

Another masterpiece by Alexandra Patsavas, I don't know why I really love soundtracks, maybe because the songs in the soundtrack really remind of the scenes in the movie. Since Grey's is my number 1 fave, the soundtrack is a must. There are 3 soundtracks, but I like all of them. My favorites are, of course, the opening song 'Cosy in the Rocket' by Psapp, 'Grace' by Kate Havnevik, and 'Keep Breathing' by Ingrid Michaelson (the song when Burke left Christina on their wedding day)

The O.C. Mix One (Various Artists)

Another great work by Alexandra Patsavas. I really love The O.C. season 1 so I flew to Singapore to buy this CD (actually I went there on holiday and eventually found a music megastore named HMV in Orchard Road. A must-visit!) My favorites are 'Dice' by Finley Quaye and William Orbit (the song is featured in the kissing scene of Ryan and Marissa on 'The Countdown'), California by Phantom Planet (the opening song), How Good It Can Be by The 88 (the song is featured on the episode which featured Paris Hilton when Ryan, Seth, Marissa, and Summer went to a club in Hollywood), and Honey and the Moon by Joseph Arthur (I think the song is featured on the second episode, I kinda forgot)

Since I have nothing to do except watching TV and movies, here are my holiday books, and FYI, I didn't have any chance to read books on schooldays, so here I go now.

The Vampire Diaries: The Awakening by L.J. Smith

The first installment of The Vampire Diaries series. I bought this book because I was into the TV series at the moment so I decided to splurge Rp 75.000,00 to buy this. I think the price was fair, since imported books usually cost more than Rp 100.000,00 (I think Rp 75.000,00 is the cheapest). I haven't finished reading it, but I will

The third installement of the Twilight Saga. Actually the movie is going to be released very soon, but the book will always be better.

Teen Vogue Hand Book: An Insider's Guide to Careers in Fashion

Since I'm a hugeeee fan of Teen Vogue (please check out my bookshelf if you doubt it, actually I became a huge fan since I found out a cheaper way to buy Teen Vogue), this book is like the behind-the-scene book. I really love their fashion spreads, their articles (most of them featured health problems, which will be very useful for my study in medical school), and their celebrity profile. It gives me another perspective of teenagers' lives. And frankly, I don't have this book, but I've been meaning to buy it for sooo long but it's quite pricey, so I have to find the perfect time to buy it (re: sale). Teen Vogue is definitely the best place to do an internship, just look at Lauren Conrad during her internship in Teen Vogue (re: MTV's The Hills)

Dancing in My Nuddy-Pants by Louise Rennison

The best deal ever! I bought this book for only Rp 42.000,00 during Kinokuniya Closing Sale. I haven't read any Georgia Nicolson series but I have watched the movie version of the first book 'Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging' and I love it, I think it's hilarious although it's a little bit stereotypical. I haven't opened the seal yet (LOL), but I will read it for sure!

YOU series by Mehmet Oz, MD and Michael F. Roizen, MD

Last but not least, medical books! Actually it's not exactly a medical book since Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen wrote it for general readers and everyone can simply understand the messages. It's essential to buy this book because there are many facts about your body that you don't know. There are few health exercises and tips to improve your health. I really love the illustrations, two thumbs up for the illustrator! My favorites are 'YOU: Being Beautiful' and 'YOU: The Owner's Manual' (actually I only have those two LOL). In Being Beautiful, you can find many useful tips to improve your beauty inside and out, including the golden ratio secrets and in The Owner's Manual, you can find useful tips to prevent deadly diseases such as cancer, and many more.

Welcome to the O.C., b***ch! -Luke Ward

The O.C. has officially become one of my favorite shows of all time, even though it had been cancelled for some reason. I started watching The O.C. in 2005, when Star World first aired it in Asia, but then they cancelled it on the second season if I'm not mistaken. I only watched it for one season, and then...puff. I even went to HMV Singapore just to purchase the first season's Music Mix. Then Thank God, Warner TV airs it everyday from the pilot episode without a pause during the transition between the first season and the second season. It's very funny to reminisce the days when Adam Brody is Seth Cohen, a self-proclaimed geek, Ben McKenzie is Ryan Atwood, a troubled teenager from Chino, Mischa Barton is Marissa Cooper, a broken-home teenager, and Rachel Bilson is Summer Roberts, a popular and 'miss goody two shoes' type of girl (don't forget how 'Ryan and Marissa' and 'Seth and Summer' used to be everyone's favorite couple and household names, yet Rachel and Adam used to date in the real life)

Quite similar with Gossip Girl's premise, which is also produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, the story revolves around the high class society in Newport Beach, Orange County (that's where 'the O.C.' comes from, and in fact, there was an Indonesian version of The O.C.!!). The story starts with the arrival of Ryan Atwood into the Cohen's family. Actually, the whole stories start from there. If Ryan hadn't called Sandy Cohen, the whole story would have been different. Ryan befriended Seth, Sandy and Kirsten's only son, and also Marissa, who lives next door to the Cohens. Ryan and Marissa became on-off couple for several occasions, and there is Summer, Marissa's best friend, whom Seth had a crush on. Before Ryan hooked up with Marissa, she used to date Luke Ward, a typical jock, who later developed a relationship with Marissa's mother Julie, who later wed Caleb Nichol, Seth's grandfather, who turned out to have an illegitimate love child, Lindsay, who used to date Ryan for a brief period, and so on...

One funny thing about The O.C. (and also all TV shows), if you want to end a relationship, just go to another town to start over a new life. Or probably got killed in a car accident. It totally works. Look what Anna Stern, Marissa Cooper, Luke Ward, Jimmy Cooper did.

Kelly Clarkson: All I Ever Wanted Tour

Two weeks ago, April 29 2010 precisely, my aunt, my cousin Kak Nisa and I went to Tennis Indoor to watch Kelly Clarkson's concert. Despite the disappearance of the main sponsor (Java Musikindo usually have cigarette brand sponsor their major concerts), the concert was superb! I'm not a big fan of Kelly Clarkson, but I'm very familiar with her song, well in fact I have her CDs and her songs on my iTunes. As a relief after two months of grueling exams, I asked my cousin to join me although she had to sacrifice her class at her college. (sorry kak, but it was worth the absence right? we totally had a blast!!) She asked my aunt to join us so that we could stay at her flat and went to the concert by her car (since I haven't had my driver's license and neither has my cousin). Her house is also adjacent to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia (only 5 minutes!) so we could go to Plaza Indonesia afterwards to buy books at Kinokuniya Closing Sale and watch Iron Man 2.

Before going to my aunt's house, my cousin and I decided to meet up at Poins Square because her house is in Ciputat, so it would be easier for her to go there and I needed my monthly dose of DVDs. Poins Square is my fave place to buy DVDs because the price is considerably cheap compared with other DVD stalls around my house. It's only Rp 6.000,- for one DVD. Pretty cheap huh? Especially if you want to buy TV series. We went to my usual DVD counter and I bought 10 DVDs+1 (if you buy 10 DVDs, you'll get one for free). I was so crazy because I haven't bought any DVDs since the beginning of 2010 (due to bunch of exams and things to concentrate on). Luckily my brother bought a lot of DVDs lately so I could borrow some of them. Meanwhile my cousin is a DVD buff, so she only bought 3 DVDs because she already bought a lot of DVDs few weeks ago.

Then we went straight to my aunt's flat. We were supposed to wait for our aunt to come from her office, but she called and said that she got stuck in the traffic because of the Jakmanias (Persija's supporter) and she told us to go straight to her office. So we went to her office by 'ojek' (motorcycles) and changed our clothes inside her car. Then we went to the venue, Tennis Indoor Senayan. Because of the heavy traffic jam, it took 2 hours for us to arrive at the venue. Due to the traffic jam, Kelly also tweeted that she was going to be late because of the heavy traffic. Then we went to the tribune class and found ourselves in a group of expatriates and their children. Hahaha we didn't feel like we were in Indonesia because there were expatriates and their children around us. Well actually, most of the audiences in the tribune class were expatriates.

Then, we sat tight and enjoyed the show. Luckily we already found Kelly's set list for her Asian tour on Wikipedia, so I already prepared for her songs. Here's the complete set list:

We had so much fun during the concert. Kelly was absolutely stunning despite controversies about her weight gain. Her voice is absolutely superb! She truly has a star quality. She was very communicative with her fans who screamed like crazy according to her and she told her fans 'You're gonna lose your voice tomorrow'. Although it wasn't as crowded as a rock concert, but it was a good concert indeed. She also performed Kings of Leon's Use Somebody!! It's one of my favorite songs and she performed it perfectly. She performed all of her hits (of course!) and she was very down to earth by only wearing a Pink Floyd t-shirt, later changed into a black blouse, and jeans. Apparently she is not a kind of over-the-top-diva-to-be. It's an honor to watch her concert, a Grammy winning singer, Kelly Clarkson, you totally rocked the stage!

Remember my wish list on my 17th birthday? Thank God I was able to achieve one of my wishes on the list (it's on the number one spot actually). I got accepted in my dream university and it feels so good. I finally managed to make myself proud, my cousins, my family, my parents, my friends, and everyone. I'm glad I could join my cousins and of course, my dad in the university. I was totally speechless when my dad gave me the newspaper. I felt tingly, to be frank. My heart was pounding so fast, I pinched myself several times just to make sure that I wasn't dreaming or sleepwalking. I checked several times on the net, and also on my phone to make sure. God really knows what I want. I didn't do my best on my national exam and I got rejected by two colleges. I even considered changing my paths to something I've never had in mind.

Furthermore, I'm very proud of my friends in SMA Labschool Kebayoran Class of 2010 (also known as Saptraka) because many of them already got accepted in their dream colleges such as Gadjah Mada University, Padjajaran University, Bandung Institute of Technology, Surabaya Institute of Technology, University of Indonesia, and many more. For those who haven't got accepted, there are still lots of chances to get into your dream uni

versity, there are still USM 2, UMB and SNMPTN. And always keep your faith to God. God will always give you the best. Keep on praying and trying. That's all I could say. Don't forget to check out my new article, published in this month's Youthspeak. I don't have any idea that they would put my out-of-date article, as I wrote that back in November and most of the movies were off the cinemas and released in late 2009, but luckily Indonesia is kinda behind schedule when it comes to movie release (well, except for some movies). I finally won something! Yeaaayyyy I don't mean to brag, but I haven't won anything this big since....I was born perhaps? I mean this is a national competition, held by a national organization, or should I say, the Indonesian division of UNESCO? Well I wasn't the first winner, I scored the third, alongside junior high school students, but it's ok, at least I will get a big amount of money and a certificate of participation. Yet the certificate will be very useful.

If you don't have any idea what it's all about, I wrote an essay in English about the importance of education in order to prevent HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. Actually they offered a lot of themes, but I'm not good in environmental thingy, so I decided to choose HIV/AIDS because I'm really interested in health problems (as a future doctor, AMIN!)

I will officially receive the prize and the certificate next week on Thursday, at Depdiknas Building. Thus, the certificate really helps me to apply for scholarship maybe like, 6 years later when I'm about to obtain my master's degree overseas or perhaps I should submit it to PBS UGM (wish me luck for this, but I really really wish for University of Indonesia International Class Program instead)

Wish me luck for university entrance test (SIMAK UI! FMUI International Class Program) and last but not least, national examination aka UAN!

It's wee bit late to write my very own list of 'best in 2009', but after reading People Magazine Best in 2009 edition, I am challenged to write my own, in my own perspective. Of course, I am not the editor of People magazine, so don't expect the best from me because my point of view is 'slightly' different from people out there who were praised for their contribution of best and worst in 2009 list

1. Best TV Show

GLEE! is my current addiction, if you go through my tumblr page (yes, I have a tumblr. Here's the link: denitabiyanda.tumblr.com. Please do visit and follow me), I have reblogged lots of pictures and quotes from Glee. It's like a mash-up between High School Musical, Mean Girls, and Friday Night Lights where you can find cheerleaders, a drama queen, football players, a nerd in a wheelchair, a pregnant cheerio, and a fashionista blend in together to revive the glory of Glee Club. With a bit of comedy twist and celebrity guest stars, it's a must watch in 2009. I only finished the whole season for merely two days thanks to Tyas for giving me the episodes for free (she downloaded from the internet). The musical numbers are fantastic, they have covered lots of hits from Rihanna's Take a Bow, Kanye's Gold Digger, Lily Allen's Smile, and even mash-ups between Bon Jovi's It's My Life and Usher's Confessions Part II.

Favorite character: Sue Sylvestre, she is the cheerio coach, full of energy, ambitious, cruel, wicked, sly, loathsome, but very interesting to watch!

Favorite songs: Don't Stop Believin', Halo/Walking On Sunshine, Last Christmas, and It's My Life/Confessions Part II. Worth downloading!

Favorite couple: I'll go with Finn and Rachel. Al

though Rachel is a bit drama queen and she seems so overreacting, I always love the idea about jock and ordinary girl go together, like Troy and Gabriella on HSM.

2. Best Teen Show

Sonny with a Chance! SWAC is so hilarious, featuring the new tween queen, Demi Lovato as the main character, Sonny, a girl from Wisconsin who just landed a part in her favorite comedy show, So Random! So Random is a comedy show like All That, which an ensemble of cast who performed different characters and sketches in every episode. Selena Gomez also guest-starred in one of the episodes as herself. Sonny must deal with different problems regarding her appearance in So Random, including the weirdo producer Marshall, a reigning teen queen Tawn

i, a weird kiddo Zora, and her rival from another TV show, teen heartthrob Chad Dylan Cooper. Demi is so hilarious, and she is not afraid to show her comic si

de! The sketches on So Random are so witty though. Talking about reminiscing the good old days when All That is still available on Nick.

Favorite sketches: Check It Out Girls, Dolphin Boy (featured on the first episode), So You Think You Can PP Dance (a spoof of So You Think You can Dance)

Favorite characters: Sonny for sure! Oh and Tawni also with her funny yet dumb phrases and remarks.

3. Best Albums

Black Eyed Peas

' The E.N.D. and Beyonce's I Am...Sasha Fierce. These two musicians took the center stage last year with their ear-popping tunes. Their songs were almost everywhere, from middle-class department store to the hip

nightclubs. You could hear people humming their songs everywhere and put the lyrics into their facebook status and personal message on instant messenger. And there were lots of self-made video based on Beyonce's Single Ladies on Youtube as of last year, even Joe Jonas and Justin Timberlake did one. They even received Grammy nods for this year. 2009 was all about the Black Eyed Peas and Beyonce!

4. Best Social Networking Site

Forget Facebook, it's time for the birdies to tweet! Twitter really took the world by storm in 2009 (quoted from my article in Youthspeak). Twitter is the best way to share the news, no need to open your laptop or computer, you can do it at your fingertips with your cellphone, you don't have to own blackberry to keep twittering, even your old-fashioned cellphone can access twitter (I already proved it, when my nokia cellphone broke down, I used my old nokia from junior high school or elementary school and guess what? I could still access twitter!). Now you can be 'this' close to your favorite celebs with twitter, you can see what they are up to and the best part is, you will always get the fresh-from-the-oven news. Did you know that most of the headlines in 2009 were first delivered (or published) and spread via twitter?

5. Best Movies

Most people may declared Avatar as their best movie of the year, but I won't say so. As far as I'm concerned, the best movie according to me is Transformers, Harry Potter, and New Moon for the adventure/family/fantasy genre and The Ugly Truth and He's Just Not That Into You for the romantic comedy genre. I highly praise Transformers for their outstanding special effects and robots and also the shooting locations. Again, I love Harry Potter installment and it's so hard for me to kick Harry Potter out from the list. New Moon is definitely better than Twilight and the appearances of the new characters make it more captivating to watch. And I will always go for romantic comedy, and my favorites for last year are The Ugly Truth with the smart appearance by Katherine Heigl and He's Not Just That Into You with the intertwining stories.

As the clocks ticking to my 17th birthday (yes it's 17! Yaaay I'm officially legal) and as 2010 approaches, there are many things I'd like to accomplish in 2010. So here is my wish list. Enjoy

Accepted in Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia International Class Program. My utmost goal in 2010! See you in Melbourne in 3 years! Hiyya mate! (AMIN)
Go to Universal Studio Singapore. I already planned a summer getaway to Spore and I hope the constructions and everything have finished by the time I go there.
Lots of new clothes, high heels, make-up kit
Lots of new self-help books, and more intellectual books rather than the corny ones.
Getting my driver's license and drive a SUV (I always have something for SUV, it's very spacious and upscale (?)
Graduate from Labschool Kebayoran High School with satisfied overall scores. Tee-hee
Learn new language, maybe simple catchphrases will help
Become more spiritual-minded and religious

Laguna Beach

Welcome to Laguna Beach !

Finally, I just finished watching the first season of Laguna Beach. I know I was sort of late because it was filmed like 5 years ago when Lauren Conrad (LC) just graduated from Laguna Beach High School. Actually I bought the DVD like, years ago, but apparently I haven't got the chance to watch it completely.

Laguna Beach revolves around the lives of LC and her friends during their senior year, including Lo (stands for Lauren Bosworth, her bff, inseparable, almost like twins and they even share the same first name), Morgan, Christina (a Reve

rend's daughter), her childhood friend slash crush, Stephen, and her rival slash Stephen's girlfriend, Kristin, a junior.

So, as now I am in LC's position during the filming, I'm gonna say their lives are way different than my life as a senior.

LC never looked really tired or exhausted during her senior year, beside she spent her nights by having dinner with friends, watching fashion show, watching blink 182 concert, partying with friends, trip to Cabo and Catalina, and going to the spa on the daybreak. But perhaps the show was filmed on weekends?

But watching the first season of Laguna Beach gives me a glimpse of senior year's stuffs, such as prom, graduation, including saying goodbye to our closest pals. I just love the way the cast asked their dates to the prom, so lavish yet romantic. My favorite one is when Dieter asked Jessica to go to prom with him, and I must admit it, Stephen's prom proposal is pretty lovely, with white roses, a bouquet of flowers, and a surprise appearance from him.

Next stop, prom. I couldn't see the whole prom activities because they only shot few scenes, but I don't like their outfits, especially the girls. For me, their outfits are more suitable for beach party or semi-formal party rather than prom. Maybe because it was 2004? And wow, talking about renting a limo! It was so fun, but it's impossible to do it

here.

Last stop, graduation. I think it's usual for parents to give graduation presents because all the cast were given presents such as car and macbook. Wow, a car? Holy mackerel!

So if I wasn't mistaken, their graduation was held on Paramount Studio or somewhere renowned in LA. They wore toga for the occasion, white for the girls and crimson for the guys. I really love the speech by a guy name Jonathan, a perfect choice to deliver the final speech. And I love the moment when they threw their caps to the air. I also love when the whole students were interviewed about their moments during high school and you know what, I burst into tears during the graduation scene, when they threw their toga caps and hugged each other. Well maybe because the song 'Graduation' by Vitamin C was being played during the scene. It was so tearful and I realized that when you graduated from high school, it was harder to keep in touch with your friends compared with when you graduated from junior high, because you and your friends will go on your separate ways and even miles and miles apart.

And another tears-worthy scene is when LC moved to San Francisco and she had to say goodbye to her parents, including her mother who was in tears and reminded her to call her 'every hours'. Now I kinda understand how a mom feels if her child leaves her to study in the different city. Even LC's mom, who doesn't seem to be like an overprotective mother on the outside reminded her to call every hours.

So I guess I'd better hire someone to shoot my days during senior year, eh?

Oh, and one thing I learn from Laguna Beach, going to college does make you skinnier, edgier, and more stylish. Just look at LC on Laguna Beach and The Hills. And Lo definitely looked chubbier on Laguna Beach and her outfits were a bit skimpy, but now she looks so fashionable yet elegant.

Things I got from economics class

I used to learn about hoarding back in the 10th grade when economics was still compulsory. It cited that hoarding was against the economics principle because you hoarded something rare and then you sold it with higher price simply because it was nearly extinct on the market.
When I tidied up my bedroom, I found some old belongings which I have never used from the day I bought those. I just realized that hoarding was my new temptation. Pretty silly.
Every human was naturally born as homo economicus. You have to consider the economical matters before doing something. For example, I am an avid fan of sale or store reduction, I even buy things only when they are on sale, even if I don't need it. Just to hoard it, in case I need it someday.

I rarely buy original CD or dvd, I usually download them for free on the internet or buy the counterfeit ones. I know it's against the law but hey, I haven't been sentenced for buying pirated dvds or downloading cd from the internet. Think about the pros when you buy 10 high quality dvds for only Rp 60.000,00 (and bonus one dvd for every purchase of 10) and you don't have to spend Rp 75.000 for a cd, you just need a fast internet connection to download cds. One high quality CD can take up to half an hour.And I can burn the downloaded songs to an empty cd-r and sell it, but I haven't done that (but I intend to)

I also found few unused game consoles such as nintendo and psp, which I got them for free (except the nintendo) and other freebies. I even haven't ripped off the seal because I thought someday I would sell it on ebay and made a huge profit, since they were collectible items.

So it's clear that sometimes less is more. Hoarding, counterfeit cds and dvds, freebies,you don't have to be a law-abiding citizen forever right? Remember that we were born as homo economicus, try to make everything as economical as possible.

This is a poem that I wrote for English assignment, I should tell you I really can't write a poem, even in Indonesian. Metaphor, personification, or whatsoever, I just can't seem to understand. Guess I'm not likely to major in literature, simply because I can't write a poem and I always have a hard time to understand one.

It all starts with rhyming words

Which buzzing around in my mind like a group of bees

And as the clock ticks so swift

I crumble my 20^th paper and feel like a total spendthrift

Then I grab my 21^st paper of the day

And start to scribble down my dismay

But it didn’t turn out into a poetic writing

Instead it was just an illegible writing

Suddenly one hour just passed by

And I guess I should say bye-bye

Frankly, I don't like Twilight just because I don't enjoy the first movie. For me it is just a piece of average movie which will be certainly better if I just watch on DVD, counterfeit DVD for sure. And I don't like the book as well, it's like too descriptive and less imaginative and yet so cheesy, you fall in love with a vampire, and you have to risk your life for it. And I don't like Robert Pattinson in the movie, he's completely vain, acting like he's the sexiest guy on earth (well maybe according to some polls, yes you are, b

ut not for me, d'oooh). Oh yeah with the rumors surrounding him about his relationship with Kristen Stewart (I don't like her as well, she's like trying to be 'this' edgy but for me you're not 'that' edgy) and even dubbed as Robsten, another portmanteau and his million dollar kiss-on-the-cheek, and his crazy fans, etc. I like him better as Cedric Diggory, as I'm a keen fan of Harry Potter. But when he played as Cedric, he was so fresh and so young, and also less-known. OK, enough about RPattz.

Two weeks ago I saw on Twitter, people who live in the US were tweeting about the vampire diaries. And they all said the pilot episode was wonderful. So I searched on wikipedia directly with my blackberry and then I found out that it was a new TV series on the CW, just premiered yesterday. So as soon as I arrived at home, I opened youtube and typed the vampire diaries on the query box. And then I watched it. And I was stunned by it. The plot is slightly similar with Twilight, but with exciting new cast and two vampire brothers. And the set is very medieval and gothic, not a modern day vampire with fast cars and minimalist house on top of the hill. And Ian Somerhalder is so gorgeous! Haha remember his early days on Young American alongside Kate Bosworth?

Since then I'm addicted to anything related to vampire, to be honest I just saw few trailers of New Moon, and I reckon it will be much better than Twilight, of course with more appearances from Taylor Lautner haha and the Volturi clan, which will definitely add more vampirish ambience. Then last week I went to Periplus to check out some new books and I really want to buy 'Blue Blood' by Melissa de la Cruz, but I'll buy it later because I saw a great offer by Kinokuniya (two editions of Grey's Anatomy official magazine, half price). It's like Gossip Girl with vampire bits. Oh and I'm really craving for Interview with the Vampire, starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt. I guess the movie will be totally worth watching, since there are an abundance of A-list stars.

Life is a bit (or very) unfair

Yesterday I was so excited for manchester united vs arsenal game so I asked my friends to wake me up as soon as the match kicked off. I was so grateful because I had indovision which now is the official broadcaster for bpl. I woke up before midnight and turned on the TV,and apparently the match had begun and I missed the first 30 minutes of the match. So I watched while chatting with my friends on msn and voila, russian starlet arshavin scored the 1st goal for arsenal and it was such a beautiful goal.
Then I watched the match in excitement, waiting for more goals from arsenal. Maybe the karma theory was right. Arsenal, which previously won 3-1 against celtic on champions league knock out round, had been criticizing because of the diving, performed by eduardo on the celtic match and news said that uefa will work on this case and eduardo will be fined if he was proven guilty. Wayne Rooney certainly performed diving last night and manuel almunia didn't do anything wrong or even a foul. Wayne Rooney manipulated the referee, Mike Riley,surely not a stranger to arsenal fans, regarding his unfair attitude during man utd vs. Arsenal match. Manutd got a penalty and unfortunately almunia wasn't able to block the shot, he was so young and had lack of experience when it comes to penalty, unlike the former keeper jens lehmann. 1-1
Then time passed by, and diaby made a tragic and fatal mistake. He made an own goal, which gave an advantage of manutd, gave them another point, 2-1.
Only 1 minute to go when arsenal striker and captain van persie scored a goal, but again, the ref said it was offside, no additional point for arsenal. And then it came, the final whistle, 2-1 for manutd.
Offside is always being an argument because it's very uncertain whether it is offside or not, well at some point it can be very clear, but last night, it was unclear whether it was an offside or not. The crowd went crazy as soon as the line referee raised the flag. And arsene wenger was so mad, he climbed and stood up in the midst of MU supporters, everyone knows how much he hates manutd
Manchester united got their victory by bestowal, while arsenal players were sweating on the pitch and doing their best. First it was a penalty, then an own goal, and an offside goal for arsenal.
Sometimes you can't always play safe and clean, you need to be a little bit harsh and play dirty to achieve your victory. And sometimes it will be very unfair, but you can't resist or return a gift, right? There are many rich people who claim their wealth using dirty approaches while middle class workers try so hard to strive to the top because they play nice and clean.

After finished watching the fourth season of Grey's Anatomy (yep, I'm obviously besotted with Grey's Anatomy nowadays) and then I just realized that McSteamy is sooooo hootttt and even hotter than McDreamy (well I never consider him as the hot one, but not a prob) and Alex Karev because he was such a bastard on the 4th season so I just hate him because he hooked up with Ava (I don't like her since her first presence as the ferry boat victim) so I'm infatuated with McSteamy simply because he didn't hook up with anyone on the 4th season (except callie, but turned out that callie was a lesbian so that one didn't count) hooaaaaa I looove McSteamy and after he 'turned into a new leaf' but like he said 'once a man whore, always a man whore' actually it was so sad when the nurses went on a strike because they didn't want to work with McSteamy anymore because he was a man whore and then all of McSteamy's surgery got cancelled but luckily the mighty miranda bailey saved him. I'm yearning for the 5th season and fyi, later he is going to hook up with lexie grey (meredith's lil half sister) and from what I've read in wikipedia.com (Mcsteamy's page), he turns into a faithful guy unlike his past when he was seeing addison and slept with tons of women (including derek's sister aka McHottie) and then when I watched Alex and Izzie's wedding there were two of them (lexie and mark) after the priest legalized their wedding Mark glanced to Lexie and then Lexie smiled and then leaned on mark's shoulder oooooooo love it. Ooooh and another reason why I'm so longing for the fifth season is just because of derek's proposal! I also watched it on youtube and the proposal was incredible. Derek proposed him inside the lift (the lift...hmm certainly an unforgettable place for both of them) and filled with CT scans from their patients when they worked together and the best part was when derek said this:

You say you’re dark and twisty. It’s not a flaw. It’s a strength. It makes you who you are. I’m not going to get down on one knee. I’m not going to ask a question. I love you Meredith Grey. And I want to spend the rest of my life with you.

Woooo that was amazing. that is one of the best wedding proposals I've ever heard! They are really destined to be together, even when they tried to avoid seeing each other and hooked up with different person but still, they are destined to be together.

And Alex's wedding vow is very romantic.....I like Alex only if he hooks up with Izzie because I don't like Ava or Rebecca Hope or whatsoever I hate her with all her fake attitude (fake face -- McSteamy made it, and fake pregnancy. Damn everything about her is fake!). My favorite part is:

Oooooo. Firstly, I just can't believe a frat boy and evil spawn and stubborn guy like Alex Michael Karev say these words. Secondly, this is one of the best wedding vows I've heard, similar with MerDer I really like this couple and frankly I like Alex-Izzie better than Mer-Der but both of them are such a great couple! And they really meant for each other ♥♥♥

During holiday season I've got heaps of addiction which I couldn't enjoy on schooldays here they are:

1. Gossip magazine

Yeah this is my genuine indulgence! I mean I don't give a damn when it comes to indonesian gossip magz because most of them are very trashy and I mean hellooooo who the hell are you, you just someone who appears to be on tv and receive wide publication meanwhile on US Weekly, Life and Style Weekly and People magazine they got A-list hollywood stars inside and even I bought Barack Obama's special edition hahaha and I enjoy doing the crosswords hahaha this one is not an intellectual crossword as in Kompas or Jakarta Post but this one is hollywood crossword with queries about movies and names of the celebrity haha it's kinda difficult actually. My favorite sections are the 'Fashion Police' page, Celebrity Sightings, and 'Who Wore It Best' page. Only US and Life&Style Weekly which have all of the sections so my favorite one will be Celebrity Sightings because apparently all gossip magazines must have at least one page of it. Oh and the best part of Hollywood gossip magazines are they also contain some sort of knowledges that you'll need to know rather than just posting those trashy news (e.g National Enquirer or some trashy British magazines) for example there are an article about endometriosis (In the article, Julianne Hough from DWTS was having a surgery to cure it) which I really love to talk about and then there is also an article about leprosy which is a skin disease so I'll need to learn more about it and there is an advertisement about hair created by a leading dermatologist (celeb's favorite) and you know that I really wanna be a dermo. So...I can enjoy those gossips while learning at the same time. Perfect! Oh and I also have Teen People's special edition about the secret of Hollywood's beauty which contains all the information that you'll need to get the 'it' look. To be frank, it's very useful indeed. P.S: I have all those magz in the pictures haha :)

2. Grey's Anatomy DVDs

I've told you on the previous posts about my fondness of Grey's anatomy and once I insert the CD, I will finish the whole CD even I have to sleep late for it hahaha I'm just very curious about the next episode and how are the things going on the next episode I'm looking forward to buying the 4th season and then 5th season (the latest one). The sixth season will be premiered on September 24, 3 months to go. But this time, without Izzie and George. Huuuuu I really want to see Alex and Izzie's wedding on the 5th season and Derek's house of candles I guess it was when he proposed to Meredith, oh so sweeet! I mean they broke up and broke up and broke up but in the end they ended up with each other oh so sweeeet and same with Izzie and Alex, they fought over and over again but then they ended up with each other.

3. Books

There are 3 books that I'm currently in progress. The first one is 'Shopaholic Ties The Knot' by Sophie Kinsella, the third installment of the Shopaholic series and then there is 'Prom Nights From Hell' by a group of famous and best-selling authors e.g. Stephenie Meyer (Twilight), Meg Cabot (Princess Diaries series) and there are 3 more but I forget their names haha. And the last one is 'Nicola and the Viscount' by Meg Cabot. I bought the book about 4 years ago but I haven't finished reading it. The book was lost few years ago and turned out that my mom kept it in the drawers upstairs on my old bedroom and due to my tight schedule, final examination and everything, I haven't finished reading it and then here comes the new book so literally I'm reading 3 books now and I don't have any idea which one I should read first hahaha I mean all of them are very interesting to read but I guess I should finish the Shopaholic first because it's very funny and I'm longing to see Becky on her next escapade haha and then I'll finish Prom Nights because it consists of 6 stories each from different authors so I just finish one story and then I'm off to Shopaholic. Well maybe I'll read Nicola and the Viscount after I finish the first 2 books and actually I also have a Shakespeare book, which comprises Shakespeare's famous plays, which are shortened and put together into one book and surprisingly it's very cheap for imported books, only $3 (Rp 30.000) but apparently they didn't change the vocabularies from the original manuscript so I was having a hard time to understand it, I have to prepare an oxford thesaurus/dictionary while reading it.

4. Macbook

I'm so attached to this equipment! I can do almost anything in this tiny laptop. I can watch my Grey's Anatomy Dvds and I can write my blog and then download new tracks or even chatting on AIM with iChat (im me: denitabiyanda@aol.com I love this e-mail address, very uncommon and unusual. People in Indonesia usually use hotmail or yahoo or gmail as their e-mail client. Frankly I have all of them hahaha) or with MSN Messenger (I've updated this one so I could post my display picture) and then write articles to Jakarta Post using NeoOffice and if I have difficulties in understanding some new english words that I've heard or read, all I have to do is just launch Dictionary and voila they got the results (they even have Wikipedia) oh and they also have a twitter widget called Twitteriffic so I will be able to post my tweet in a sec without opening safari (the internet browser) and I can download a video straight from youtube using real player without waiting for a long time and then I can watch it directly with real player! And there are many activities to do with this laptop, and the best one is, they have great endurance when it comes to virus. They can't process the .exe files because they belong to Windows. I love my macbook soooo bad! Btw, I'm trying to get a new e-mail using .mac because once again, it seems unique and uncommon but still my primary email client is gmail because I already attached it to my Mail application on my macbook (another macbook's strength) but it will be really cool if I'm able to possess an account with .mac haha

Grey's Anatomy

I've just finished the third season of Grey's Anatomy and this is my favorite season so far. To be frank, Grey's Anatomy is the longest-running TV series that I've ever watched, trumps 90210 and even Gossip Girl. I finished the first, second, and the third season just within two months because seems that I can't get my eyes off of my screen. Once I insert the CD on my Macbook, I will stay tune until I finish the whole episodes on the CD. I nearly cried during the season finale when Burke left Cristina. Imagine you were about to walk the aisle, and then for one second your fiance came and left you, literally left you, not just broke up. And when you went to his apartment and you didn't find him and his precious possessions. He was gone. And then when you failed on one of the most important exams in your entire life and then all of your friends passed and then when one of them asked your result, you told them a white lie, you told them that you passed.

I love everything about Grey's, the characters, the actors, the soundtrack, the story line, and everything about them. I love the intrigues that happened between the characters and how they relate to each other. I mean you simply can't stop watching it. And I also love the music, most of them are indie music and they certainly don't belong to MTV or other mainstream charts but they match the scenes and every time I hear the music I just remember the scenes. And if you are talking about positive influence from the television, Grey's certainly got it. You can learn a lot about being a surgeon in here and also about anatomy of our body. Well to be frank, Grey's Anatomy is now in the top position of my favorite TV series. Well I'm not saying that I don't like 90210 or Gossip Girl anymore, I mean it's easier to relate with the characters from 90210 and Gossip Girl because they are around my age and then the problems are quite similar with our every day's lives. But in Grey's Anatomy you can see the world of the grown-ups in a different perspective. The pressure of being a surgeon, the complicated love life, the conflicts between your co-workers, the quirky family, and many more. As grown-ups, there are many complicated problems that can't be easily solved with your parents' money or power and there are many responsibilities that you have to take and there are your jobs await, your rounds, your duties, your responsibilities to save lives and do your best.

One of my favorite doctors on Grey's Anatomy is dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery. She is the perfect epitome of the 21st century career woman in her early 40s. She is successful, smart, beautiful, attractive, and wealthy. She's very talented, she is a renowned neo-natal surgeon in the US, not to mention she is a medical genetics specialist, maternal-fetal medicine specialist, and one of the foremost OB/GYN in the country. She belongs to a wealthy family with trust fund on her name. She got what it takes to attract men, she had slept with dr. Derek Shepherd 'McDreamy' (ex-husband), dr. Mark Sloan 'McSteamy', and dr. Alex Karev. Those doctors are so damn gorgeous. She's very excellent when it comes to surgery. She is very practical and she is a fast-thinker, she can decide if a woman needs a c-section to save her baby in a sec, and she's good in making decision. She's very nice and compassionate, one time there was a happy couple and when Addison found out that their baby was gone, she couldn't help crying and then she managed to find the exact time to tell the couple that they just lost their baby because the couple seemed very happy and they were very excited for their baby. Unfortunately she's barren. She only has two antral follicles which makes her unable to have a child. Working in SGH (Seattle Grace Hospital) clearly makes her one of the foremost neonatal surgeon throughout the US, under the supervision of Chief dr. Richard Webber, who was her supervisor by the time she completed her internship. But she made a brave decision to move from the rainy Seattle to the sunny California. She decided to join a co-op private practice, Oceanside Wellness Group. Later, she became the director of the group. Well there was certainly no point in staying in Seattle, she got divorced with her husband although the main reason for her to come to Seattle was to fix her marriage, she failed to manage her personal lives with Mark (she slept with Alex and when Mark found out, he said that he couldn't be the one, beside Mark wasn't ready for a long-term commitment) and Alex (she thought that Alex didn't want her, he wanted Ava instead), and her failure of being a chief of surgery. Those makes no reason for her to stay in Seattle. Well by watching Addison, I really want to be like her, be an OB/GYN but only for a while, because I think dermo is more exciting and yet I'm not going to be very busy for the whole nine months and I don't have to wake up in the middle of the night in case there is a women that needs an immediate c-section.

My favorite couple on Grey's Anatomy, they look certainly like Barbie and Ken. Unlike Meredith and Derek, Alex is not as romantic as Derek and Izzie is such an independent woman. They fought and shared arguments a lot, but then they realized that they meant for each other. Alex's wedding vow is very sweet and he always there when Izzie was diagnosed with skin cancer.

dr. Alex Karev. He's a resident (on the first until third season he was an intern) and he hasn't chosen his speciality yet. He showed his interest in plastic surgery but when he wanted to learn from Mark, Mark treated him like his personal assistant, for example he provided coffee for Mark and picked up his laundry. And then he worked in the 'Vagina Squad' alongside dr. Addison Montgomery and he was very devoted to his duties. Later he got married to Izzie Stevens when Izzie was struggling against metastatic melanoma (skin cancer, hmmm)

dr. Derek Shepherd 'McDreamy' (played by Patrick Dempsey). He's a total hunk, I mean he's wealthy, smart (he's a neurosurgeon for crying out loud!), and he was once elected as the Chief of Surgery but he rejected it. But I don't know, there's something I don't like about him and Meredith.

Dr. Mark Sloan 'McSteamy' (played by Eric Dane). He rarely works in the OR regarding that he is a plastic surgeon so he only performs surgery if there is a case related to plastic surgery. I used to consider to be a plastic surgeon after watching McSteamy repaired Ava's face, Ava was a victim of a ferry boat accident and her face was destroyed after the accident and McSteamy 'gave' her a new face, which was amazing and once there was a patient with tumor and he repaired his face instantly. Genius! I'm longing to know how does it work. Med schoool please! (Amin)

Lines, Vines, and Trying Times

Finally I got Lines, Vines, and Trying Times CD! The original release date was on June 15 2009 (USA) and the website cited that it was for worldwide release so I reckoned it was going to release here on the following day and I was right, despite of the fact that only one store got it firsthand. I asked 4 music stores in PIM about the newest Jonas Brothers' CD and they handed me the 3D concert experience, which I already owned (well actually I downloaded it) years ago (hypocritically) and then I headed off to Societie and my friend was right, she suggested finding it in Societie and they handed me LVTT! I was panting when I got there because turned out that my father already arrived in PIM so I rushed out to buy the CD and then went downstairs. But it's worth listening. My favorite tracks among the album are Don't Speak, Poison Ivy, Hey Baby and Before the Storm. Well I don't fancy the first singles from the album, Paranoid and Fly with Me because I already mastered it (literally) I've heard it before the album hasn't been released well I literally stole from their myspace hahaha don't blame it on me because they always update their myspace with their new song (HQ version, for sure). There are 2 bonus tracks: Keep It Real (from their Disney channel TV show, JONAS) and Enhancement (UK Bonus track only) and as I live in Indonesia and I bought the indonesian version I got Keep It Real, which I've already heard from the TV show and I'm longing for Enhancement. I always get the bonus tracks from the previous albums (thanks to the technology called: downloading) and I must say their bonus tracks are as well as the major tracks. My favorite bonus tracks are Hello Goodbye (The Beatles Cover), Infatuation (they sing the chorus in Japanese, because it was designed for the Japanese version bonus track), and Out of this World (UK bonus track). Now I'm trying to get Enhancement. There's a download link for this track but I have to download a full album in order to get it well what's the point in downloading the whole album when I already got the original one? It will take a long period and beside that my internet connection doesn't work well these days so it will take a very damn long time...Btw seems like Joe and Nick have their own personal break-up tracks. Joe has Much Better, well from this line 'And all the tears on her guitar' you can see that he's mocking Taylor Swift in that song, regarding that Taylor got her stardom with her first single 'Teardrops on my Guitar'. And Nick has Before the Storm which he sang alongside Miley Cyrus (his ex and now rumor has it that they are reconnected, well reconnected means that they are so going back together and there is a photo leaked on the internet that when they sang the song together at the Dallas concert Miley embraced Nick and then looked like Miley kissed Nick hahahaha) and it the song is very sweet and touchy and also fueling the rumors that they broke up in the rain (referred to their songs Sorry by Jonas Brothers and 7 Things by Miley Cyrus). LVTT also has such a different sound compared with their previous albums which have disney-esque sounds. They have added richer instruments and strings and brass sections and they use violin regularly. I surely love this album haha! Speaking about violin, Jonas Brothers did a cover of Katy Perry's Thinking of You on BBC Radio One and they were using violin as their additional instrument on the song and it was great, you can check it on youtube. By the way, I already watched the newest episodes of JONAS and I'm besotted with the fifth and sixth episodes, very funny indeed! But I must say the seventh episode is such a crap, I just don't like it, apart from the song on the episode 'Why', which I found it pretty good. Hmm and speaking about the indonesian version, the jacket cover is not as thick as the original version because the indonesian version only contains 'Thank You' section and few credits, while the original version has many great pictures of them and also lyrics so it's thicker for sure. While the indonesian version only has one picture and there aren't their gorgeous faces on the picture, only their silhouettes. Well fortunately I already got all the photos from the jacket cover, thanks to JonasHQ hahaha the most reliable source when it comes to Jonas Brothers

Reminisce these marvelous memories in XI IPA 1 (Part 2)

Ummm I've updated my last post because turned up that there are few mistakes in the previous post, thanks to Ina for correcting my mistakes hahaha so I woke up at 8 am (incredibly early) and then I went to the living room to check on my friends and they were playing gratefully without looking tired or sleepy and then I glanced to the table and found out that they were many foods left, from the BBQ meats, fried bananas, bread, and many more but I wasn't that hungry so I sat down and opened Twitter from my cellphone and then Andra asked me whether I would like to play swing in the backyard so I agreed because I really really love the swings! How much did I tell you about my fondness of swing in Prilly's villa? In fact, that day I played swing numerous times, each with different person. Hmm let me count, I had played swing with Andra, and then Vina, and then Garini, and then Ina also and the day before I also played swing (the backyard one) alongside Imes. And don't mention about the front yard swing, I had played it with Intan, Reva, Shasti, Vina, and also Tissa. And then I went upstairs for breakfast and then we watched horror movies. First, we watched Final Destination 1, well I've watched it numerous times before so there wasn't any thrills for me during the movie and then we skipped to Final Destination 2. I didn't like the second one to be frank because the concept was pretty similar except for the means of transport because the first one was an airplane and the second one was a car so it wasn't much different. Oh and I forgot, first we tuned in to Scary Movies but it was a little bit inappropriate so we tune in to the Final Destination movies and then when it came to the third one, the quality was rather inadequate because it was all-in-one DVD so we skipped to Shutter, the Hollywood version. I must say, the Japanese version was much scarier compared to the Hollywood version but it also scared me indeed. So I watched the movie and screamed few times because the ghost itself was Japanese and it scared me (anything that relates to Asian ghost really scares me) and then after that we had lunch and packed our bags, nevertheless, Garini, Danses and Resta had decided to go home earlier so we took photos (turned out after that we took more photos hahaha) and after our bags were packed we went outside to take another photo and more and more photos and then stored our bags inside the car and then we went home. We supposed to visit Cimory for a while but turned out that it was very congested so we decided to skip it and then we stopped at the rest area and bought some snacks, including KFC haha and then we arrived in our school at 5.30 pm and then we headed off to our home

I'M SURELY GOING TO MISS XI IPA 1, love you always guysss and always reminisce our memories, no matter if there are many bad memories or good memories inside, it'll up to you thank you for everything, especially for brightening my second year in Labschool Kebayoran Highschool (I don't quite good with putting up words together so I came up with this simple words)

I've been inactive since last week due to the final examination, but now I'm back and I'm going to tell you about one of the best farewells yet. So my fellow classmates in XI IPA 1 had planned to have our farewell after the final examination. Thus, when Prilly told us that she had a villa in Cisarua, Puncak, we agreed to work on our farewell there so our teacher Mr.Osa (who intended to plan this whole farewell thing since the first time we bumped into XI IPA 1) made a small committee consisted of maybe 10 people and we had to arrange everything alongside the PTA and then we prepared for everything, from the transportation to the meals alongside the PTA thanks to Adilla's mom, Amez's mom and Prilly's mom who helped us a lot. Even Amez and Prilly skipped school in order to inspect the location after that we paused our activities for one week due to the final examination but before that we had prepared everything, well, almost everything. So on Saturday the 13th, we assembled together at 7 am (majorly early, but we had to because we had to prevent ourselves from the dense traffic jam) and then off to Puncak. It took hmm about 2 hours to get there. So I'm going to write few highlights during my getaway in Puncak:

Saturday

1. We jumped off the car and then unpacked our trunks and then some of us changed our clothes in order to play outside. There was a swimming pool there so my friends and I decided to take pictures there while we were splashing the water from the pool and then few boys jumped off the pool and then swam around (I guess one of them is a mermaid, man-mermaid to be exact because seems like he couldn't stop swimming during the whole day) and then one of the boys pushed me into the pool and then everyone started doing it, they jumped off into the pool and started swimming and taking pictures

2. After finished splashing and swimming around we got off the pool and then cleaned ourselves. And then we ate our lunch and then we played games! yeppp my fellow friend Aisha is a truly game-junkie and she brought piles of games. Hmm, I'm trying to make a list of her games which she brought to Puncak: She brought Monopoly the Disney edition, Stratego (I didn't have a chance to try this and neither did I know how to play this game), Twister (I got twisted yoo-hoo), Stich's Operation (made me feel like a surgeon), hmmm she brought many games actually but we didn't have many chances to play all of them) oh and then Prilly brought Uno Stacko, actually this is one of my favorites but I didn't get a chance to play and then I think Aisha also brought Halma (I think Halma is from Indonesia) and Thomy asked me to play Halma with him but I forgot how to play so I kept asking him.

3. Oh and they our class bought a bunny, actually it's a cute tiny bunny but somehow I was scared of it because I took photos alongside Imes with this bunny and then the bunny jumped towards me and it scared me so I hold the bunny and threw it away. Hmm, I'm not an animal lover, so I guess don't try to rely on me when it comes to animals). We named it Muku(shu). Later, Vina took it home.

4. I love the swings around the villa. There are two swings. The one was in the backyard and the one was in the front yard. The one in the backyard only available for 2 people otherwise the one in the front yard available for 3 people. I played the swing alongside different people each time and one time I asked Dito, Thomy, and Fauzan to pushed it roughly and guess what, they pushed it very rough and then we swung very high as if we were going to fly hahaha and it definitely turned on my adrenaline hormone (ha-ha)

5. I stuck into my phone during my stay and I keep myself updated on Twitter about my fanta-bulous getaway with my beloved classmates. I tweeted Adilla and Aisha, who, certainly were next to me hahahaha

6. Late night, we decided to watch some movies. Adilla brought heaps of DVDs so all we had to do was pick one and watch (Andra provided the player). So Andra picked Prom Night, which I was also eager to watch for some reason because Kelly Blatz's in it and Kellan Lutz's in it. It wasn't very scary but big thanks to the score, which gave us some thrills during the movie. Meanwhile, on the outside, the head chef Dito was busy with his BBQ meats. He played a big part during the night activities because he grilled the meats and then he served us and he also bought the meats a day before. So big thanks to him. I like the sausage, though. But unfortunately it started raining so we moved everything to the terrace.

7. After finished watching Prom Night, we watched Night at The Museum, but unfortunately it stopped in the middle of the movie so some of my friends fell asleep. I couldn't sleep so I went outside and had some chit-chats with my friends and then it stopped to rain. Dito asked us to prepare for the bonfire but unfortunately, the fire wouldn't lit. So we asked Garini but she told us we got the wrong procedure. So we did everything we could, Thomy used his lighter and hairspray and bodyspray to lit the fire. But it wouldn't lit so he borrowed Reva's cajuput oil and it worked. But blame it on Thomy (kidding), he was friggin' happy so he accidently threw the bottle onto the fire and it started to light off. And afterwards Thomy got an amazing idea, he waved his towel and then the fire started to lit and then...Bonfire! We woke up our friends and then we made a circle and we confessed our confessions during our times in XI IPA 1. So few of us started crying, and then I confessed my impression during one year of time in XI IPA 1 but I couldn't cry so I just confessed and then apologized for my annoying speech during the class, you know all of the Disney, Jobros, and stuffs and then few unimportant speeches hahahaha and then mostly all of them started crying and then after that we sang together and holding hands huuuu it was certainly one of the most memorable moments in my life so far and then we went inside and hmmm we put the Mummy 3 on the DVD player, I've watched this movie so I fell asleep during the movie and then when I woke up I found out my friends had disappeared so I moved to the room and fell asleep again.

As I've said in my post before, I really look forward to hearing the coronation song from this season's american idol and then I've finally found it! And unlike my previous post, I'm more into Adam Lambert's version. It's more rocking because Kris Allen's version is very acoustic so I found out that Adam's version is more attractive. I also love the song, despite of the fact that it has dubbed as the worst coronation song ever on idol's history. And it's kinda hard to memorize it because it has lots of words as Adam cited on an interview. It really makes me feel high-spirited and really wakes me up to keep chasing my dreams. I'm really in love with this song. I've googled about this song and I've found out that the critics preferred Adam's version than Kris Allen's. For the whole week, I kept singing this song with my friend Ina. My friend Garini even said that this song was very perfect as the theme song to hike the mountain, regarding to the first line on the chorus. Here's the lyrics:

Btw, for the first time I enjoyed studying for chemistry test about colloid unlike the previous test, I hardly studied anything! I really don't like chemistry but I should study it and like it in order to be a doctor, chemistry is one of the essential subjects if you want to be a doctor. and beside, you'll have to deal with chemical reactions in your entire life. Whether if you want to be a doctor or not, as a human being, you are surrounded by chemical reactions. Hmm right chemistry is important, but why does my chemistry teacher turn out to be a living dementor? (kidding!)

I don't have enough time to write much so I'll start with this, my experience when I bought a bowl of porridge yesterday hahaha I was so hungry so I decided to buy a bowl of porridge just across the street with my friend Tissa and it turned out that our music teacher came late (and at the time he came up, he said we could have some free time) and then we walked toward the gate and spotted our PE teacher and a security, sitting under the big enormous tree and asked us where to go. And then we replied 'We want to go to the porridge stand' and then he told us we had to obtain a license letter in order to buy it. I was kinda lazy to take that small piece of paper and then persuade my teacher (who was late) to sign the letter but then Tissa realized that my classroom teacher was still on his seat and then we begged him to sign the paper and we got his signature easily! so we stepped down the stairs and went back to the gate and gave the letter with smug smiles on our face. You should see our PE teacher's face. I totally could read his mind. It was between 'How come they could get the license letter signed?' and 'They are so longing for that porridge' hahaha and then we bought 3 bowls of porridge, packed in styrofoam (I know it's not healthy, but only for emergency. Considered hunger as an emergency state) and then we came and ate the porridge! Yum! 1-0 to our PE teacher!

And then after the school finished at 11.10, My friend, Garini and I had been planning about Operation: Chasing Joseph for a week. Our chemistry grades are in major danger so we need the third remedial. Urgently! The third remedial is very necessary for us if we want to say hello to year 12. And then we went downstairs and we were looking for our chemistry teacher, let's called him Joseph or Dementor or whatsover alongside our friends Tissa who hadn't done the 2nd remedial and then we finally found him and surprisingly he ordered me and garini to join the remedial.

I was totally in shock because I didn't prepare anything and I didn't bring any stationery so I rethought for a sec with garini and then we decided to take this golden chance because he was totally in a good mood today and then after he handed us the papers, he left and he told us that he would return on 12 sharply to collect our papers. We realized that he had some important meeting so he couldn't supervise us, so we did the test, without his supervision so we cheated. as usual. Hahahaha we managed to call our clever friends who excel in chemistry and then asked them to help us. Luckily they insisted to. So basically we did the test together and we managed to answer those questions almost similar to each other LOL

Btw last week I was so upset because turned out that my parents were against credit cards (both of them took economy, accounting to be exact as their majors in college so they were very careful with money) so seemed like I couldn't order something from ebay. I was about to buy examination books, chemistry, physics, math, and biology to be exact and I was looking for the A Level version because I really want to go med school for my major and I really keen on international degree because it allows me to obtain two degrees from the leading university in indonesia (of course the university of indonesia) and another one from between university of melbourne and monash university, both of them are the leading universities in australia, ranked 40-something in the world. And in order to pass the test I have to secure 7 for my ielts/toefl test (actually I think it's lower than 7 but I want to make it hyperbolic) hmm I got the exact number, it's 570 I think for TOEFL, kinda equivalent to 7 in IELTS and then APT test (I don't remember the exact number, oops I forgot to buy the book today, maybe next week) and then chemistry biology and physics in english so maybe they will take the queries from A Level exams, as they would usually do in UK in order to sign up for the university. So I need to secure my english proficiency and secure my score in those science subjects. Back to the e-bay thing, I went to gramedia PIM today and I found the O Level books imported from Spore, so it's slightly cheaper than the A level books from UK or SAT books from USA and the point is I had to order it via ebay and it will cost a lot, regarding to the shipping cost from UK or USA to Indonesia and then the books themselves already very expensive. So I bought the singaporean book instead. There will be no big difference, eh?

Btw, speaking about Jonas brothers (you will be getting very damn tired about the Jobros, but indeed, Lady Gaga was right, they were like the Beatles, but I'm also the Beatles fan as well and I know they can't be equaled to the Beatles concerning their awards and charts and records but they are a phenomenon to be frank) and they are going to release their new album called Lines, Vines and Trying Times due June 15 (my dad's bday) and I've listed to the preview (I've provided a link to the video). And they are doing great so far, I love those new songs especially Fly with Me and Poison Ivy, can't wait for their forthcoming album, I already asked my friend who is going to Australia this holiday (the australian version usually come up earlier than the indonesian or asian version) to do me a favor. I asked her to buy the CD for me and I'll give her some money to purchase it. She replied: We'll see. Hope she could get it! :)) And otherwise, have you heard miley cyrus and david archuleta's song for Hannah Montana 3 (the soundtrack album for Hannah Montana season 3)? It's very cheerful! Paranoid music video by the Jonas Brothers

Impressive. Tempting. Alluring.

I give those three words to describe Jonas Brothers' recent video, Paranoid, premiered this morning (actually it was yesterday in the US, but yesterday in the US equivalent to today in here, rite?). I really love this video err in fact I was already in love with this video since they launched the teaser in youtube. I really love the part when Nick sang and he drove his Ford Mustang (hahaha simply because Nick is the main singer of this song and Nick is my favorite Jobros) and then when Kevin turned on the TV and he found him everywhere and surrounded by himself (?) kinda weird, but regarding to their title 'Paranoid', so he might be paranoid when he saw his face everywhere. And then when Joe took the steps and it led him to the wrestling ring and then he found himself in the middle of a wrestling game, surrounded by two wrestlers and a referee. This video really prove that they already grow up, just look at the video, the concept of the video and their wardrobes, and the song itself merely prove that they are not just disney-labelled-boyband. If you compare this video with S.O.S, you will see the big difference within a sec. I definitely relish this video! I've checked sugarscape.com and they already posted the web chat result with the Jobros and believe me, they only picked 10 questions out of gazillion questions for them so it's very obvious that they didn't pick my queries huuuu I'm so waiting for the next livechat, which is on may 28 (next week). Last week I watched manchester united vs. arsenal live at langsat corner or also gunners corner with my friends and the ambience was very fantastic because surely it's the homebase of arsenal indonesian supporters and everyone wore their arsenal apparels and cheered and then they mocked manchester united players such as c.ronaldo or wayne rooney. but unfortunately neither arsenal nor manchester united could score a goal so it was a draw and with that result, clearly Manchester United is this year's champion of EPL. I'd love to watch another live match for next season. Btw, I really hope MU is going to lose against Barcelona because if MU win, sir alex ferguson, cristiano ronaldo and wayne rooney is going to put a very smug smile on their faces, which are very creepy and beside, if they win the champions league, they will get quadruple titles this season and I hate that, I might as well throw tomatoes at them during their Jakarta tour.Hahaha kidding but I still hate the red devils (as in devil, they are so devilish, when it comes to a big match against arsenal especially)

Kris Allen woooon! Although I don't consider myself as an American Idol junkie but I watched the report via E! News and I was monitoring their progress also through E! News so literally I followed them, but not by watching American Idol itself. I'm very impressed with Allen's songs throughout Idol, he's very capable of winning and his version of Heartless is better than Kanye's. He managed to put his trademark on to the songs. Bravo KA! Now I'm looking for his song which he sang in the final, I want a studio version, not the live version because the live version is rather noisy; anyone?

Btw I miss Sugar magazine, I haven't bought any Sugar magazine since last year's edition with Miley Cyrus on the cover. It's very expensive in here, when Teen Vogue only costs Rp 60.000,- something (and TV is thicker than Sugar), Sugar costs Rp 70.000,- something. It's rather expensive compared to similar teen mag. But it's quite reasonable since Sugar comes from Britain, which uses British Pound sterling and the exchange rate is very high. BREAKING NEWS: KATIE PRICE (aka JORDAN) and PETER ANDRE HAVE SPLIT (they used to have a claptrap reality show called Katie and Pete, only aired in UK and USA. Hey yooo sorry if I keep posting about Jobros and other disney stuffs lately, it's just because apparently my mind is filled with them hahahaha so when I heard that Sugar magazine (a number-1 teen mag in UK) was going to host a live chat with Jonas Brothers, I was so ecstatic because I thought that this livechat wasn't highly publicized compared to the previous Facebook livechat. So I stayed up until 10.30 pm to wait for them, and I just discovered that we merely submitted our query and after that sugar magazine team would choose the appropriate questions for them to answer. And they said that Jonas would be talking to you in five minutes but I've discovered nothing! Arrrgh it's kinda useless though but I've sent heaps of questions including the silly one. And today I opened Sugar magazine's website and I found nothing. They haven't posted the result yet. I'm so curious whether they would answer my question or not. PS: there will be another livechat on May 28 and June 7! Prepare yourself!

Hello guys, wondering why I woke up so early? Yep, I woke up slightly earlier today just because I want to download few things, such as JONAS TV Series episode 3 'Slice of Life' featured their new song for the TV Show, Pizza Girl. I also want to download some songs from Grey's Anatomy, most of all are Tegan and Sara's and Psapp's. Don't you all love Grey's Anatomy? I dooo! I really love Grey's Anatomy. I'm currently finishing the 2nd season, I know, it's completely out of date but better late than never huh? My plans for today are: writing some new articles, sleeping, watching TV (I stuck simultaneously to my Macbook. I watched DVD 24/7 yesterday in my Macbook. Seems like I couldn't take my eyes off of my Macbook. Macbook-Frenzy, huh?), and then I'll charge my iPod and finally go to Wall Street for a lesson and social club about TOEFL/IELTS. Btw I found out another crazy yet fantastic feature from Macbook. It's....Photo Booth. I know it sounds lame, but hey try to explore your photo booth further. You can create your own background using the 'Effect' feature (scroll to the last section of 'Effect') and all you have to do is just drag your own background using your picture, it can be anything, your favorite celeb's picture or an animal, etc! On Friday, I found this amazing invention with my friend and then we took pictures, using Jonas Brothers background, at a glance it looked like we took our photograph with them. I'm not going to publish the result because they are quite humiliating and awkward. Hahaha try it yourself!

FYI last week I watched a rugby game for the first time in my whole life! Hahaha actually I watched it LIVE so ESPN games not included. There was a rugby try-out in my school against Sekolah Cita Buana (an international school) but I only watched for a short period in order to attend the extra lesson held by BTA (promotional stuff, hmmmhhh). Btw I'm kinda boring at the moment so it will be better if I post some pictures from the previous events:

His next projects are Kick-Ass alongside Nicholas Cage and Nowhere Boy as John Lennon, yep! the legendary John Lennon. His latest movie was The Greatest alongside Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon, actually the movie has premiered in early 2009 at Sundance but I still haven't found the trailer yet. I opened imdb.com and looked through the released dates but I found nothing except the Sundance and European Film Market. And moreover, the movie has been released in early 2009 at those festivals. Hmm, I should look for the DVD instead. Recently, he was featured in the May edition of NYLON magazine:

Btw I surfed the net during my holiday so far and I found out that Alex Pettyfer was an absolute player. He has dated Emma Roberts (this time, Emma cheated on him and he was rather miserable because he cited Emma as 'love of his life') and then he got cozy with Emma Watson, and few other girls that I've never heard about, try search his pictures on getty images or surf the web (a.k.a. googling) about his love life. Btw, I've heard that Chace Crawford is dating Lindsay Lohan or Ashley Greene from Twilight Which one is correct? Haha I'm so in the mood for Hollywood scoops. Ooops, E! News coming out today! 1. I changed my blog skin hehe what do you guys think of it? Btw, can anyone teach me how to apply the blog template on blogskins.com into my blog? It seems difficult but they have lots of nice and pinky themes :)

2. I got another salary and this one is bigger than the previous one. I sent 3 articles to The Jakarta Post and they told me via e-mail that they already posted my articles about Twitter and Kids Choice Awards on May 6. My 2 articles got published so I got Rp 600.000,- instead hahaha and it also means I have collected Rp 900.000,- so far within one month. But I spent my first salary on Burning Up Book hehehe I know it sounds silly to spend all my first salary on a Jonas Brothers book, but hey, it's worth to buy! Think about the special photographs and doodles by the Jonas Brothers themself

3. There was an electricity problem in my school so I sneaked out with my friends (and most of the students) to Blok M Plaza (I know, sounds corny, but it was the only mall which allowed students with uniform to get in there). We ate

Pizza Hut and then went to the shooting range. It was fun! The school's officers wouldn't admit if we could go home by the time the electricity went off but the main gate was opened and everyone could go out.

4. Me and my friends were having a conversation about our chemistry teacher and later we found out that he was a DEMENTOR! Yeah, a dementor like in Harry Potter movies, who sucks people's energy and good memories and gives dementor kiss so they will feel faint and unconscious for a period of time. Let's see, when he went into the class and taught us about chemical reaction and bla bla bla, we always felt very damn sleepy, even if we had enough sleep the day before. It's like he sipped all of our energy so we became very sleepy. Haha, just joking...but my friends and I keep calling him dementor though. Joseph the Dementor to be exact.

5. I watched Jonas Brothers live chat on Facebook on May 7. My friend brought her laptop and her portable internet connection so we could watch the live chat during class. But our music teacher forbade us to watch during his class so we only watched the first 30 minutes or so. Actually they were slightly late so we had to wait about 30 minutes. My friend was very hysterical about them and she even pushed my friend when they appeared on screen. Make sure you won't miss another live chat on May 28 and June 7! Btw, I already downloaded their newest single, Paranoid. It was good, but different compared to their previous songs. I agreed with my friend, they wanted to try something new, and in my opinion, it worked!

6. I threw a surprise to my Minang-mate Anissa and it worked and then we watched DVDs at her place. We went to her house early in the morning and then sneaked into her room and then pulled a confetti and birthday spray (I don't know how to call a spaghetti-like spray usually used for birthday party)

7. I passed to Threshold 2 yaaayy!

8. Right now, I'm enjoying my 3 days of UAS holiday. Hey, I realize that there are only about 3 weeks left in the second year of High School. I will surely miss you guysss, my classmate!

9. Arsenal lost 4-1 again! The first one was on the champions league semifinal. Manchester United defeated them 3-1 in Emirates so the aggregate score was 4-1 and then yesterday Chelsea defeated them again in Emirates with the same score. What a miserable home game! What happened to you guuyyys? Hmm, let me guess, as usual, Arsenal is currently having a mental breakdown after 4-1 defeat against Manchester United. Am I right?

10. I already watched JONAS TV Series. I can't stand waiting for months! And the show was very hilarious! Kevin and Joe were very funny and Nick was rather the serious one.

11. Screw the thunder! It was raining eventually today so the internet connection went slower. Rgggh I hate rainy days!

Movie Review

Recently I have watched pile of DVDs from my friends and cousin, who have heaps of DVDs in their house (they are DVD buff for sure). I'm going to write few of them, here there are:

1. Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging

This is one of my worth-to-wait DVD. I have waited for the so-called "original DVD" since last year and finally I managed to borrow it from my cousin. Last year I found the DVD at Ciledug Mall or something but the picture was rather very bad and I don't want to see Aaron Johnson in the unclear way. I want to see his uber-gorgeous face in high resolution. The movie revolves around the lives of Georgia Nicolson who thinks her life is a total c

rap. She has never snogged a guy in her entire life and she thinks her mom and dad's mind are so out of date. She has a cat named Angus. Her life entirely changed when she met a new guy Robbie and she tried so hard to go out with Robbie. She had to deal with Lindsay, Robbie's girlfriend, her mother who seemed in love with the new plumber (later we'll know that the new plumber is gay), her father who relocated to New Zealand, her friends Dave the Laugh and the Saliva Boy (the kissing coach), and also her friends who dated Robbie's brother Tom. The best part is when her mother made a huge surprise and everyone came to Georgia's birthday bash rather than Lindsay's birthday, including her friend Jas (who previously stated that she would rather to go to Lindsay's birthday) and her father who she thought was in New Zealand. And then Robbie's band Stiff Dylans performed on her birthday and Robbie revealed that he was in love with Georgia and he thought Georgia was perfect....S

o sweeeeet..what a happy ending! Eye-candy alert: Aaron Johnson as Robbie.

2. The Chorus (Les Choristes)

This is a French movie, which recently I was infatuated with. I bought this DVD with my friends at Ratu Plaza after school and I have read about the positive reviews, so I bought it. Actually the movie was released 5 years ago and scored with positive reviews among the notable critics including Chicago Sun Times' Roger Ebert and New York Times. This movie also nominated on BAFTA, Golden Globe, and Cesar Awards (French equivalent to Academy Awards). The story is about Clement Mathieu, who is a new supervisor at Fond de L'Etang, a institution for homeless and orphan children. Fond de L'Etang was ruled by Monsieur Rachin, a strict headmaster. The kids in Fond de L'Etang were very rude and disobedient. Then Clement Mathieu formed a choir and taught the children to sing and he found a magnificent talent in Pierre Morhange. Then he spoke (and also was smitten) with Pierre's mother Violet and then he tried to get him a scholarship i

n a conservatory in Lyon. Clement Mathieu's arrival brought the new image of Fond de L'Etang and even a countess paid a visit to hear the choir. This movie is filled with beautiful symphonies by Clement Mathieu, sung by the boys of Fond de L'Etang. My favorite part was when Pierre was accepted in a conservatory in Lyon and became a famous conductor and Pepinot, the tiny kid who always waited for his parents on Saturday but in fact they never came, went along with Clement Mathieu and gave his diary to Pierre 50 years later. Eye-candy alert: Jean-Baptiste Maunier as Pierre Morhange, who also played in Hellphone (I haven't watched it yet, but I have the DVD). This guy has beautiful eyes and incredible voice.

3. Cheaper by the Dozen 2

I really love Cheaper by the Dozen but I haven't got a chance to watch the second installment. And when I went to my friend's house to give her a surprise, I found the DVD and decided to borrow it. The story still revolves around the Baker family. Tom Baker decided to spend some quality times with the family since he thought that his family was breaking apart. They went to Lake Winnetka, their annual holiday destination to spend their last family vacation together. Tom met his longtime rival Jimmy Murtaugh and decided to compete against him on Labor Day Game. Steve Martin was totally funny! Overall, this movie is hilarious, compared to the previous one. FYI, the third installment will come out in 2011. Can't wait for it! Eye-candy alert: Tom Welling as Charlie, Taylor Lautner as Elliott Murtaugh and Jonathan Bennett as Bud.

OK today my house is going to host the annual family gathering (?) hahahahaha and I haven't cleaned my bedroom yet, books, magazines, and DVDs everywhere! Finally I've managed to watch the-most-anticipating-movie-ever (I agree!) Slumdog Millionaire! Actually I have one, but the picture is so inadequate and it stopped in the middle of the movie, so I reckon the DVD is broken. Therefore, I watched in my class with in-focus despite of the fact that it didn't produce any sounds. And then fortunately my friend called me and told me she was in the DVD corner in Ambassador Mall so I asked her to do a favor for me. My friend also lent me the complete season of Grey's Anatomy season 2, but I was a little dizzy with the order because it seems jumbled. But that isn't a major problem so just watch it and relate it with the previous episode from season 1. And I've finished watching 'Notting Hill' but it wasn't that satisfiable because I don't know whether the DVD is broken or the story itself wasn't that good. The story was about a major hollywood actress who happened to bump into a small yet quite unsuccessful book shop in Notting Hill and then the owner of the bookshop accidentally spilled orange juice to her and then he asked her to come over to his house to clean it up and then they fell in love but they had to receive the fact that she lived in beverly hills and he lived in notting hill. I just enjoyed the setting of the movie, which is Notting Hill, in London! Hahaha have I mentioned about my fondness about London and beyond? Hahaha btw I have finally found the exact choices for university application: it's going to be medicine, dentistry, psychology and french literature! Haha btw if you guys are wondering why do I wake up so early (8 am is not that early actually, but in my routine during weekends, it's so damn early), it's just because I want to download the full album of Jonas Brothers' Music from the 3D concert experience. hahahahha THEY WILL COME HERE ON DECEMBER ! amiiin btw the calculus exam was hard, I only managed to fill 6 out of 10 but I answered all although I couldn't find the 'finishing touch' nor the answer. hmmph :(

Burning Up Book: Totally mine mine mineeeeee!

I was completely wrong about my salary it supposed to be 300 thousand rupiahs not 200 thousand rupiahs as I mentioned few days ago. And it was a bless because I could buy Burning Up: On Tour with the Jonas Brothers with my very own salary yeeeey I love being a writer, nah, a contributor, I haven't been an official writer or so, yet. Hahahahahaha but the worst thing was I only got 11 thousand rupiahs left, and what can you get with 11 thousand rupiahs? nil. nada. So I hope my next articles will be published and I can buy more books (that's rite, I'm very fond of books, any kind of books, or magazine, or newspaper or anything that have passages on it) hahahaha and I can buy earrings or necklace and nail polish too. Oh, I forgot to reveal the so unimportant yet the whatsoever part, this was the first time I used my debit card to purchase my things. Paying with card is so easy and the best part is when you feel like you don't lose any cents because it is an abstract object. I don't want to end up like Rebecca Bloomwood (she has a happy-ending life btw, but since she has been in financial crisis countless times but finally she's able to solve her crisis) who was in debts because her fondness of shopping. I still love shopping but I still think about the amount of money in my bank account and that's why I don't want to possess a credit card (yet) and if so, I think I prefer debit card than credit card. Btw, today Arsenal is going to face Manchester United in the Old Trafford for the champions league semifinal although this is only the first leg but I expect they will give MU a hard time. I admit that arsenal is quite lucky because the first leg is in oldie traffordie so if they fail, they can get another chance at the glorious (I don't know why I use the world 'glorious', maybe only to mention their fame) Emirates Stadium yeeeeyyyyyyyyy! Btw, I should sign out asap because i'm gonna have my maths exam on friday about calculus 101 haha I love using the numbers '101' after the word 'calculus' (pssttt, the material's name is not even calculus, but I love to use it, it sounds more brilliant) hihihihihi btw someone made me cracked up today not that emotional (sigh) but I surely had a whole lotta loathe on him geeez why don't he shut up his f**king mouth and stop insulting me? HIYAAAAAAAAAAA I don't have time for personal heart-to-heart notes since I am a cheerful person and I always am and I'm gonna stay that way and nothing is going to lemme down as long as I am alive hahahahahahahh what a sentence! bye bye TTFN (no I am not going to say TTYN because recently just a few secs ago I just found the exact meaning of TTYN: Talk to You Never. Ok I'm gonna make it major fast hahaha okeey the point is I got my first salary yeeey I haven't checked it to the bank to make sure how much have they transferred but I presumed it was about 200,000 IDR yeeey I can buy Burnin' Up Book :)) haha or save it for JoBros' concert. Few days ago I watched a movie called The Boy in The Striped Pyjamas, gee, it was fantastic, the best movie ever, I burst into tears at the end of the movie. I wonder why they didn't get any Oscars (but in fact they did win trophies at some majorfilm festivals) so holiday is almost over and I'm going to go to wall street to attend the new student party with the other students from WSI Thailand (are they going to join us or be the guest? Dunno) so TTYN (Paris Hilton's catchphrase, I'm not sure what does it stand for but lately I stuck into Paris' MTV Show, Paris Hilton's My New BFF, what a guilty pleasure) ::))

Finally I've gotten myself published at The Jakarta Post, 8th of April's edition, page 17 on Youthspeak (the mini newspaper that comes alongside The Jakarta Post) hahaha it's about 3D movies, and I mentioned Jonas Brothers on the article yoo-hooooo hahaha speaking about Jonas Brothers, I'm so curious about their Asian tour dates, coming or not coming? Grrr they have to come here. My friends back at FFE (FanFamily Experience, JoBros official, free, and state-organized fan club) even sent an e-mail to Java Musikindo (a leading concert promotor in Indonesia) in order to have JoBros' concert in Indonesia. If it's official then, I'll save my salary for JoBros hahaha I'm so there (as if they already planned their concerts in Indonesia) haha OK I'm giggling too much. Stop it.

OK, you may be tired listening to Jonas Brothers stuffs. From now on, change topics. So I've been downloading Jonas Brothers bonus tracks and they are breathtaking! OMG, I keep mentioning about Jonas Brothers. OK, one more. Their new Disney Channel Series will come out on May 2nd (in US). I wonder when will they broadcast JONAS in Asia?

I'm going to stop talking about Sons of Jonas (hahaha can you believe Jonas Brothers used to consider this name for their stage name? Cringe) and now I'm addicted to Grey's Anatomy! Yeeeey I'm so in love with dr. Alex Karev, he might be a frat boy but he's a total hunk. My friend said that dr. Mark Sloan is hotter but I'll stick with Dr. Alex Karev, although before I watched this series rapidly I used to like dr. Derek Shepherd. It's cool when you watched them scrubbing into the OR and wearing the doctor's suit and carrying stethoscope and saving people's lives huhuuhu I really want to be like them, especially I want to be like dr. Meredith Grey or dr. Izzie Stevens. OK it's getting late already and I'd better go to bed. TTFN :))

Quick Scribble

Okay, it's been so long since my last post in here, well I'm just going to make it quick as you can see on the title of this post; QUICK Scribble hehehe ;)

So this month is totally about being published. Few days ago The Jakarta Post called me and told me that they were interested in my article about the 3D movies and it was going to publish on April. Then my friend told me that I appeared on GoGirl! magazine, posted something related to gossip sites. Holy mackerel, I mean, I can be famous then, LOL

My mid semester test's results are yeaaah I can't call them total crap because in fact they aren't. But I can't say that the result is good either because in fact they are not good enough. I only failed at Chemistry (I don't count on IT and Religion, because it's not the compulsory subject for Science major). Let me give you the full result of my scores so far:

Math: 70,60,67 (need 75 to make it perfect)

Physics: 63,88,83 (I'm not going to calculate, it's good enough)

Chemistry: **, 50 (let me study for the remedial tests, shall I? I censored the first score because it's such a shame and horrible)

Biology: 67, 58 (already passed the remedial test but I haven't gotten the result),72 (need 80 to make it better)

Finally my iPod is alive! My friend lent her iPod cable yesterday and I put some fresh tunes in it. My CD player in my car is also working, so I can listen to my favorite tunes while on board. Perfect!

My latest passion is FASHION. I've made a new folder titled 'My Wardrobe' and it's all filled with my favorite apparels from famous designers such as Vera Wang, Manolo, Jimmy Choo, Louboutin, and oh, I just saw Longchamp's new bag today and it's fabulous, I'm looking forward to having it, eh? ;)

Confession of Shopaholic is hilarious, and I'm reading Shopaholic takes Manhattan at the moment. My friend said that the film was horrible and out of the story line. That's why I don't want to watch it on Cinema, I'd rather watch it at home on DVD. It's cheaper though.

Tomorrow I'm going to go to University of Indonesia to attend their open-house exhibition of their International Class Program, a.k.a my biggest target for 2010. And today is the announcement of this year's SIMAK UI, next year, it's my turn. I want to give a try on SIMAK UI despite of the fact that I want to study in International Degree, also held by UI.
